Avoid at all costs if you want an apar**ent that matches the photographs on Numa’s website. Abhorrent customer service when you attempt to resolve the issue. I booked a ‘Deluxe 3 bedroom / Family Living apar**ent’ directly with Numa which clearly displays a photograph of each of the bedrooms with balconies and city views, with a double balcony provided to the master bedroom. Upon check in however I was given an apar**ent with only one of the bedrooms having a single balcony, and the remaining two bedrooms having no balcony or outlook / view whatsoever, with these only provided with velux windows to the roof. On speaking with the manager immediately after check in I was advised whilst different from the photos on the website, the apar**ent still falls within the parameters of the description on their website, and therefore on that basis they were refusing to refund the cost of my stay, preventing me booking elsewhere. Terrible customer service, false advertising and has now left me having to claim a refund via my solicitor.
