Close to the old town and cathedral square.
Friendly and helpful staff at the reception.
Good Wi-Fi.
Clean and spacious rooms.
However, coffee machine was not working in the room.
There were construction works in the hotel 3 days in a row from 11 am to 8 pm (!) with constant drilling and knocking. Poor respect for the customers: either you close the hotel for a few days for these works or do not do it at all.

Very well located hotel a few minutes walk from the cathedral. Good beds and shower. Ornate room decoration. Very good cafe downstairs with helpful staff. Is surrounded by quite a few bars but they can't be heard in the room .

A little jewel of a hotel, right in the heart of Sevilla. The front desk staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Terrific value for money

First stop in Spain, great hotel! Slippers, electric kettle, tea bags, coffee, and various disposable items are available! The location is also great, right next to the bullring and very close to major attractions. After all, Seville itself is not that big. There are many restaurants around, so you need to look for breakfast at other times to eat. The hotel has its own restaurant where you can order breakfast, but it is closed on Wednesday mornings.

A very good accommodation experience. The room is large and quiet. The front desk is very welcoming. The disposable slippers and hot water bottle provided are a little surprise for us Chinese tourists. It is very close to the cathedral and the palace. I will stay here again next time. .

The hotel has an old smell. The bed sheets and bags seemed to have been used decades ago. Some of the towels were also yellow and I was not sure whether they were clean or not. The hot water bottle was dented and stained, which made it feel very unclean. Staying in a room on the first floor, there will be noisy noise from the restaurant in the morning.
The location is convenient, there are many restaurants nearby, and it's not far to walk to attractions.
