Wonderful hotel with very friendly and accommodating staffs.

The location is very good, not far from the station. The city center is small and you can walk to the Seville Cathedral

It is close to the train station, other things are normal, average value for money

This hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station in Seville, just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is clean and hygienic, with a good breakfast and a good attitude from the staff. I will stay here again in the future

We had a really great experience here. The hotel is 15 minutes away from the train station and airport. Just make sure you bring your good walking shoes. This location is at least a 20 min walk to most things (eg Alcázar, cathedral of Seville). Customer service was great. Everyone was polite and friendly. We had a small issue with our room and they made it right for us by offering free breakfast on the day of check out. They also sent someone up right away to fix the issue. . Breakfast was great! Bakery items, protein (hard boiled eggs, sausages, scrambled eggs, and an omelette station), fresh fruits, fresh OJ, cereals, and yogurts. Room was spacious and super clean. Spa- definitely look at the menu. It was great esp for the price.

Great hotel 10 minutes walk from Las Setas and the main shopping area. About 15 minutes walk to the city centre.

Convenient hotel located within walking distance of the Santa Justa train station. It is also within walking distance of the major attractions and lots of restaurants, though this hotel is at the edge of those areas. The rooms had thin walls so you could hear people talking in the hallways, water running in other rooms, etc. The room layout was also rather odd. Other than that, the amenities were nice and it was a perfectly pleasant place to spend a night.

The hotel was dirty and we told reception there was blood on one of the hotel pillows and they didn’t seem to care. I would not recommend staying here as it doesn’t feel like it’s a 4 star hotel.

When I got the confirmation after booking my room I received pictures of the room that were different than the room I got upon our arrival. When I told the reception about it they did not offer other options…

We loved everything about this hotel and would definitely stay there again. The beds are comfortable and lots of luxurious features including shower, towel warmer, highest quality towels and linens. We requested a quiet room and the person who checked us in took great care to find us just that. It was about a twenty-minute walk to the historic center and convenient to train and airport. Wish we could have stayed there longer!

Friendly, quick check-in. Very comfortable bed, attractive modern bathroom. Food and service in lobby was great!
