Awesome location. Nice and cozy place. We had some special needs during our stay and the host was super helpful. We strongly recommend!

Basic needs missing in this hotel Definitely a 2 star aspirations to be a 3 hotel. I'd hate to be managing it. Parts of this hotel have been improved. Such as the front vista and the 6th floor bar terrace. The rooms have permanently open vents in the bathroom and very noisy inefficient aircon. After 2hrs phone charging is at about 6%.. The staff here will not help any attempts at upgrading the hotel stars. On a torrential rainy night. They didn't have the common sense to open the bar near the reception but expected guests to go to the 6 floor rooftop to get a drink at 10pm!! These are young staff! The bar next door with one bartender got their business! The staff do not travel here to work by public transport and cannot advise any guest on bus numbers to and from their own hotel. I'm left wondering why they still have jobs.

Хорошие двухкомнатные апартаменты, достаточно просторные, с двумя санузлами. Чистые и уютные, с отличным расположением в центре города. Есть холодильник, чайник и кофемашина, посуда и микроволновая печь. Но хотелось бы чтобы была уборка по запросу и возможность сменить полотенца

Appartamento molto bello! Due bagni: che spettacolo! La camera molto carina e il soggiorno con il divano letto molto ampio. In cucina tutti i confort: microonde, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Possibilità di usufruire di un bel solarium con doccia esterna nella terrazza del palazzo, sopra i tetti di Siviglia. Buona la pulizia. Unica pecca: nell’appartamento c’erano solamente due sedie, hanno subito risolto facendoci prendere due sedie dal terrazzo di cui vi ho parlato.

Impresionante apartamento con una excelente ubicación que favoreció que disfrutásemos del centro de Sevilla a tope. Sin duda repetiremos. Como único inconveniente reseñar el no poder elegir habitación ni poder reservarlo ya para el año que viene, porque por nosotros lo hubiésemos hecho ya.

Experiencia nefasta, después de haber reservado nos dicen que o pagamos más o se anula la reserva asique nos negamos a pagar y nos cancelaron la reserva dejandonos sin habitación. Mejor ir a un sitio mas serio, veo que no soy el unico que ha tenido una mala experiencia con ellos.
