The Mercer in Seville was an absolutely amazing hotel. There are three Mercer's in the city but I feel we found the best! Great location close to everything in Seville with nice spacious rooms and extremely friendly and helpful staff. A lovely bar on the ground floor and although we went in March, we did peek at the rooftop pool which looked wonderful. Lovely high ceilings and only a handful of rooms so extremely peaceful. Can't wait to be back.

The hotel is very quaint and welcoming. The staff( ALL of them) are extremely friendly and warm. We loved the 3 days that we spent there. The hotel's location is another huge positive. There are a large number good restaurants in its vicinity. A paradise for walkers.

High-end experience!! Breakfast from heaven and really good service. Hope to be back soon! Spacious rooms, rooftop terrace. The concierge made our come very welcome and made reservations for a very nice tapas restaurant nearby. We hope to be back soon.

Excellent service from arrival to departure. Tucked away down a little cobbled street, yet only a stones throw from the cathedral. We had a 2 night stay with breakfast included and stayed in a junior suite. Excellent shower and I loved the Japanese loo! Also the walking wardrobe/ luggage store was a good point in the room.

If you seek a 5 star hotel experience in Sevilla, the Mercer is the place for you. Beautiful, well deigned and cozy rooms, fantastic boutique facility ,and some of the best hotel staff anywhere. With a professional concierge. I think they may have more staff than guests! Plus it's located near all the main attractions in Sevilla, yet on a quieter street. Was a truly outstanding experience, and after 40+ years of travel that is saying something!!

Exceeded my expectations all around, quality, design and the upmost dedicated service I’ve ever had. The size of the rooms and bathrooms are amazing, the size and quality of the bed are truly amazing. Right in the town centre, beautiful experience. Would not stay anywhere else in Seville.

The place is quiet and elegant and service is efficient and friendly. We were there in the middle of the power outage but every thing was taken care of.brekfast was super especially egg.the welcome drinks were particularly nice.the decor was modern but the building was like a typical casa.
