We loved our time at the Mercer hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with perfect recommendations for sight-seeing and dining. The location is within walking distance of all the must-see venues in Seville. Highly recommended! It can be challenging traveling with a young adult daughter when it comes to rooms. The room was perfect - very spacious for European standards. Wish the Mercer brand was world-wide!

The (Mercer hotel ) has the perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities. I booked one of their basic rooms, which were decorated beautifully. A truly memorable stay! The team treated us like home . Really good service . And helpful .

We have just had the most wonderful stay at the Mercer in Seville, our stay there has been wonderful, we could not have asked for more. Our room was so comfortable, the staff were so thoughtful, the meals were top class, treat yourself and book in.

The Mercer hotel is stunning!! A definite 5 star experience, not to be missed if visiting Sevilla. It is a small boutique hotel with 11 rooms, a bar, massive Lounge area ( beautifully decorated and curated), a dining room, an area to work/ read etc and a beautiful rooftop with a pool. The room was a great size with a king sized bed. 10/10 for comfort and sleep. The bathroom & shower were super clean with a large walk in shower. Complimentary fridge, turn down service etc. The service at Mercer is impeccable in every way. Reception staff were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and smiley. A very special mention goes to Pablo - the head concierge. He is an absolute star ⭐️ The best service we have had from any staff member in all the hotels we have stayed in. His English was perfect. He gave us daily directions, suggestions, booked tickets, tours, transportation and restaurants for us. He kept us updated daily. He is so welcoming & kind. He will make your holiday & is a huge asset to Mercer hotels. We will definitely return! P.s very central to everything within walking distance.

Very pleasant stay in this quiet, luxurious hotel, which is just a few minutes' walk from the city center. The excellent service provided by the concierge before and during our stay deserves special mention. We would definitely come back again

Might be the best hotel in Sevilla if for no other reason than the location. PERFECT. Everything is walkable and you feel immersed in the beauty of the endless winding streets of the old town. Centered in a lovely town square between historic buildings. The hotel is gorgeous and comortabe and has its own history. Rooftop is great for coffee and reading. It has an upscale semi-boutique feel. Has turn-down service. When we asked them to get us a cab for an early departure the next day, the front desk called us back to ask we'd like to have two to-go coffees ready to take on the journey. The CONCIERGE is really wonderful as well - so experienced and he went above and beyond to help us find high quality, authentic experiences. We want to revisit Sevilla soon!

Great location and impressive property with amazing restaurant and best cocktails I’ve tried in Sevilla. Hotel staff is professional and helped with last minute reservations to restaurants and shows. Definitely recommend for family travel
