Only reason I booked this hotel is that it said it had parking available which was deceiving as the hotel itself does NOT have parking. The parking they inform you about is 8-10 min drive. Trip.com should remove the parking from this hotel. Also be aware that a lot the hotel rooms have a set of stairs that either go down or up to the bedroom. If you have luggage you will be extremely upset about this. Hotel itself is nice but it’s a pain in the ass unless you travel with a backpack only and you don’t have a car.

I had no idea because it wasn't in the reviews, but our room was a duplex. Of course, there are non-duplex rooms on the 0th floor. In a duplex, the bedroom is downstairs and the bathroom is upstairs. It's inconvenient because you have to go up and down the stairs every time you go to the bathroom or wash up. Those with a lot of luggage or those with even slight leg discomfort should definitely refer to this section. Other facilities and services are good. In particular, the bed is spacious and overall it is up-to-date and clean. And the staff is also very friendly.
I chose it because Trop.com said parking was free, but in reality, you park in a parking lot 3 minutes away and pay. Please also refer to this section. Because the information was incorrect, Trip.com said they would compensate for the parking fee. Trip.com is good. ^^

We found a gem - perfect location! 10mins walk from the historical attractions; 10mins from the boutique shops; 10mins from the [tapas] bars and restaurants. The staff at the Soho were lovely. Always smiling and nothing was too much trouble. We didn’t opt for B&B, as we found an amazing place for breakfast called ‘La Mala Brunch’. This is a must visit, at least once. Given our central location, our room was very quiet at night. Seville has a village feel with the a city vibe. Enjoy!

We were visiting Sevilla for a wedding & wanted a hotel with pool of which there are not that many. We were 4 adults & a 14 month old toddler. The hotel could not have been more welcoming & helpful. The rooms were incredibly spacious (ours had a flight of stairs down to a huge bathroom) and seemed newly decorated. Housekeeping was excellent & cleanliness was top class. A cot was provided for the little one with no problem (we did contact in advance to request). An adequate continental breakfast was served for €12 - the dining area is small but fit for purpose. A small plunge pool on the roof, with space for 8 sun loungers, was a welcome retreat, especially with the toddler, at the end of a hot day. Approx 10-15 min pleasant walk from the cathedral & Sevilla's other places of interest. I would highly recommend this hotel. We booked as a package holiday from the UK with Easyjet.

Great location, lovely hotel, very clean, good breakfast, staff friendly and very helpful. Staff recommended some great restaurants. Architecture was amazing, a beautiful city with lots to do. We will return soon and stay at this hotel !

Lovely hotel, feels far more than a 3 star. Huge comfy beds, excellent pillows, great shower, large room, perfect coffee machine. We experienced one problem with the water flow during our stay which was sorted immediately after we reported it. Perfect location for exploring Seville. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is in an ideal location for all major attractions. Lovely building with good sized rooms and great big showers . Near all great shops and 10 mins from Cathedral. Some super Michelin inspired restaurants nearby that are not expensive. Taxi fee from airport set at 35 euros and 20 mins ..

This hotel looks magnificent but we arrived a little early. We looked at the magnificent rooms off the balcony and then got the card for our room which was on the roof near the plunge pool. That said, the room was clean and had all the facilities we needed. We asked if we could change rooms but we're told they were fully booked that night but could change next day. We were only staying 3 nights so decided to stay in our roof top room. The staff were very polite and it wasn't their fault our room wasn't perfect. The hotel is in an excellent location in Sevilla on a quiet street about 20yds from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was fine
