Spectacular location within 15 minutes walk of all Seville's major attractions: cathedral, Alcazar, Las Setas, Torre del Oro. Overall, very good, verging on Excellent. BUT:
Parking off site and 25 Euros a day, but safe and only 5 minute walk. No English language TV is the biggest problem they need to fix. I did not think that the couch was very comfortable as seating. Room 202 was a little noisy at night, try for a room overlooking the garden, especially Rosina's balcony. Micro fridge.

The location is good, the room is spacious and the service of the staff were good. Some of the towels provided have stains and it doesn’t provide tissue paper which is one of the basic amenities.

We only have short stay and would like to visit old town attractions as much as possible. The hotel location is perfect for us, everything is within comfortable walking distance like sight seeing and eateries in old town area. Front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room deco is modern and clean.
We have a rental car. When coming to the hotel, we directed to a nearby 24-hr underground parking, then took our luggage walking across a park to the front door of the hotel. We don’t need the car during our stay as walking is more convenient than driving in old town.

The location is perfect, the Royal Palace is right next to it, and the core attractions are within a 10-minute walk, which is very suitable for wandering around Seville! If it is too hot at noon, you can go back to the hotel to rest ~ It feels like the attractions are in the hotel resort ~ There are also many delicious restaurants nearby!

The hotel is very close to the Royal Palace of Seville, in the old town, the road is difficult to get in with a suitcase, it is best to take a taxi.
