Thoroughly enjoyed for a weekend in Sevilla, and perfect for travelling with a partner. Well located and the apartment had all of the amenities that we needed to enjoy. Modern furnishings in the apartment too.

Just a couple of days but everything was perfect for my business trip to Seville. I would return for a City Break or with family. Staff were excellent, great service and everything I needed. I would recommend this hotel strongly.

Location is great and flat is brand new. Unfortunately I was ripped off as the heating wasn’t working in the entire building and the manager refused to find me another accommodation or to give us a compensation. The card machine wasn’t working when we arrived so we were asked to pay cash. In hindsight avoid doing that as it’s impossible to recoup your money. The heating wasn’t working and got my shoes wet on Saturday with the rain do that was annoying. Asked for a compensation was told off. TV channels not coming through. I would have appreciated mugs, a kettle, kitchen towel and why not a toaster and some dishwasher liquid. There is a disco on the ground floor and although insulation is very good they wake you up on their way out at 6am. To sun up when they ask you to pay cash you run the other way.

The aprtments are really lovely and clean. The booking and payment were easy, but there is a disco just at the ground level that does not allow you to sleep the whole night. I left at 4:45AM and they were still dancing, drinking outside the apartment’s door and almost impossible to walk with luggage. If instead you are a young couple and enjoy night life this is your place.

- Very noisy, we had a room that faced the street and below there is a gate where at night people came and went out constantly banging on the gate making sleeping very difficult. - The bathroom, we had a room that is prepared for people who use wheelchairs, it seems perfect to me that they have it as an option but they should ask if we don't care about that room, since it is very uncomfortable, the toilet is much higher , and the shower has no glass or wall so when you use it you wet the entire bathroom floor. And a very bad smell came out of the bathroom during the night. - the attention of the staff: we informed them that the room was not the one we chose, that we chose like everyone else by booking online and based on the images and that the room did not look like the images, and they responded that they have 30 rooms and the photos They are 1, and they were not going to change us. So it seemed like a scam that they gave us something different from what we chose. The only positive thing was the location.

I, my boyfriend and 3 other people went, they had another apartment and their experience was very good. The same cannot be said for us. Very nice apartment, not as clean as I expected but it had everyone in comfort for 4 days. Too bad for the deafening noises of the air conditioners that we couldn't stop (we could hear the water dripping and creaking) We were on a roof room and the window was above the head without a dark curtain, you certainly can't say that it isn't lit , but it's quite annoying to wake up in the morning due to all that light. There was a damp smell every time we entered unfortunately. However, the other 3 did not have these problems, recommended for the strategic position given that it is full of clubs and shops.
