previously the Jardin de la alameda now the "Nua" built around an open courtyard. on 3 floors. no lift. large spacious room and decent size bathroom. which all works. no breakfast offered. but on the ground floor tea/coffee available with tables and chairs. plenty of places around. best 1 star i have stayed in.

The hotel has a nice internal design and style, but there are many things that I did not like and made my stay uncomfortable. The room was very small and dark. I had a window on an internal court and on the other side of the court (at 2 m distance) there was the window of another room, therefore the (dark and thick) curtains were always drawn and the room dark. At least a two-layer curtains (one light for the day, one dark for the night) would have solved the problem. In the bathroom the wall was damaged, as well as the shower. The basin is very small and there is no space to put personal stuff. The room has not been cleaned during my stay. Breakfast is not available. Considering the price, I would have expected a better service in general.

A quiet place to sleep, you have everything, charming and helpful staff, cleanliness of 10, famously themed rooms with great taste, to always return, my home every time I come to Seville, well located, two minutes from the river, a five of the Alameda de Hércules full of bars and restaurants, totally recommended, thank you for always welcoming me so well.

Buena ubicación en Sevilla El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a dos pasos de la Alameda de Hércules, la decoración de las instalaciones es muy pintoresca y con mucho encanto. Yo me alojé en la habitación de Audrey Hepburn, Debo destacar que no tiene ventana y que solo había una toalla de baño. Buena elección para pasar alguna noche. Sin lujos, pero excelente relación calidad-precio. Silencioso,limpio y bien ubicado, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente y el acceso es mediante códigos y muy sencillo (el personal se pone en contacto unos días antes y lo van explicando todo) Tiene una cocina compartida para los desayunos. Aparcar puede ser algo complicado.
