Very good location and clean room. Staff were also very friendly.

We took this hotel with a pool knowing how hot it was going to be in Seville. The day before our arrival we sent an email asking for the schedule. When we arrived at the establishment they told us that the schedule was different and the pool was already closed. I would also highlight that it is practically attached to a nightclub and there was a lot of commotion until the early hours of the morning. People were right in front of our window since it is practically at street level, smoking, drinking and shouting... To make matters worse, the window did little to insulate the noise and the blinds were broken, they didn't go down more than half.

Location is good in the center, cleanliness is great but there is a hair dryer but it doesn't work. Swimming pool is locked and not working. Not recommended for light sleepers as there is real noise inside and outside during the day.

Abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di prenotare una stanza economy in questo hotel. Avevamo letto che la camera affacciava sulla strada, quindi eravamo pronti a sentire un po' di rumore provenire dall'esterno. Quello che non sapevamo era che una discoteca si trovava a pochi metri dall'hotel, e così abbiamo sentito schiamazzi per tutta la notte, riuscendo ad addormentarci solo dopo le 6 del mattino. Poiché avevamo prenotato 2 notti e non avremmo potuto sopportare un'altra notte insonne, abbiamo chiesto alla reception di interrompere il soggiorno e ottenere il rimborso della seconda notte. Ci è stato dato l'ok e ci hanno chiesto di contattare noi stessi trip.com per spiegare la situazione. Dovendo uscire per una visita programmata, abbiamo preparato i bagagli, ma li abbiamo lasciati in stanza, dicendo che, se avessimo ricevuto il rimborso, potevano rimuoverli dalla stanza per riaffittarla. Dopo aver atteso 8 ore senza che l'hotel desse conferma ufficiale a trip.com per il rimborso, siamo tornati in hotel e abbiamo scoperto che i nostri bagagli erano stati rimossi e la stanza già riaffittata. Dopo due giorni siamo stati contattati da trip.com, che ci ha informato che l'hotel aveva effettivamente cancellato la seconda notte, ma ha trattenuto l'intero importo. Quindi non solo ci hanno mentito sulla possibilità di ricevere un rimborso e rimosso i nostri bagagli senza permesso, ma hanno anche guadagnato il doppio dall'affitto della stanza. Fortunatamente, trip.com ci ha rimborsato “di tasca propria” una parte dell'importo.
