The place is great to spend a few nights in Seville. It is located in Triana - which ended up being one of our favorite districts in Seville. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The courtyard is very nice and free coffee and water are offered at all times. What we liked the most was the service. Maria informed herself almost every day how it was going and if we needed a cleaning of the room or any fresh towels. Also the receptionist Alejandro was a great guy, giving recommendations on restaurants and we actually ended up having good talks with him. I recommend this place!

I met a problem during the booking and cannot refund because was not my problem. and the hotel DONT reply me anymore after just take the money. The problem is 1-i have tried 3 times to pay and the property told me the payment was denied. 2- after the third time, i ask the hotel that keep the room and i pay in the hotel immediately As i was close to the hotel. 3- the hotel is not available to pay in hotel by card 4- so i decided to cancel the pending booking, and i don't know it was paid As the property was not telling me that the payment was success. It's not my responsibility to pay this, i want to book the hotel but something happened during the payment. I am here for the business trip and this is making me sad for the experience. And the hotel do not answer me again. I hope someone can help me in this case, i am not palying just pay and cancel to give the money out.

A hotel without reception, the access codes for the front door and the room are obtained by WhatsApp only, with an exchange in Spanish or English.
