Location is near by center, but rooms was to small for 3people. I stayed two time in here , first was for 2people and facilities was quite enough, as space. But for 3people it is small. The thing is , price is worth it. No reception after 2-3pm , you can contact with them till midnight, keep in mind.

Location is good. Accessible by bus No.21 from Santa Justa train staton. Walkable to Plaza España and Prado San Sebastian bus station. But strange there is no one in there to asks question to. The room is okay for the price you pay. Air conditioning is good.

The property is located close to the city center and easy public transport access. However, the rooms are congested and there's no physical reception at the hostal but you have call by phone if you have or want anything in the hotel during your stay . Overall services are not satisfying.The bathroom are so narrow and rooms have poor ventilator system.

The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation. It is about 10-15 minutes away from the central train station and can be reached on foot. However, the check-in process of the hotel is more troublesome and requires calling the staff.

Just one word TERRIBLE!!!! It has nothing to do with the photos, it's like a storage room. I had to stay on the third floor and it literally looks like a storage room. As for the cleanliness, don't even mention the tiles in the bathroom, the corners are full of dirt, no, so much so that as soon as I woke up I already had another place to stay. I don't recommend it at all. I'll leave photos... yes, I also found a cockroach under the bed, it was already dead in the photo.

The room is small, no odor, but the area is different from the advertised area, a little deceptive, nothing else, you can try it if your budget is not enough

I booked it and when I contacted the hotel, they told me they were cancelling my reservation because I hadn't paid and the app said pay at the hotel and they also took a deposit, in the end they cancelled it and I had to look for another hotel.

A shitty room, it was a hole, the shower leaked, the water smelled like a sewage, there was a window that looked out onto a disgusting hole

Wet room, only a few personal hygiene products for a quick body cleaning. Hard mattress and pillows. Otherwise, acceptable cleanliness and good location. Easy access to the facility.

In room 301 there was a plug that didn't work, the Fuchz plug was broken, otherwise fine! Very silent nights!

I liked the facilities. There is no parking. No breakfast is offered.

The room was not bad, after all, it was a youth hostel. There was no front desk service, and you had to call to check in, and you could only get the room key by knowing the code of the box where the room key was placed. I don't speak English, but fortunately I met other tourists who helped me to contact them and I got the key. When I left the hotel, the "English prompt" in the room said that the room key should be put into the white mailbox, but I didn't see the mailbox after searching for a long time. I called the boss three times but he didn't answer, so I had to contact Ctrip to tell me where to put the key. If you don't speak English, try not to choose this kind of hostel without front desk service, it's really inconvenient. There is no elevator, so choose carefully if you have heavy or a lot of luggage.

A small room and bathroom, quite shabby but clean, with air conditioning and a comfortable bed. It had a refrigerator and microwave in the common area and for spending one night it is acceptable, especially because the quality-price ratio is good.
