Cute hotel is renovated old building. Quite central. Parking nearby but expensive. No gym. Helpful front desk. Breakfast is not a buffet style but individual service which was very slow and not good if you just want to eat and get on with your day

The staff at the check-in lobby of the night shift hotel are very polite and friendly, and will explain in detail all the breakfast and wifi conditions. The bathroom glass in the toilet will seep water when showering. On the second day, I changed to a new room. Some room types had to be moved by hand when luggage went up and down the stairs, which was inconvenient. Morning shift staff are less proactive

Modern design within a historic building. Comfortable and spacious rooms, although those facing the street are a bit noisy but have good sound insulation. There is a restaurant called Lalola, one of the most interesting in Seville.

Style over substance! The location is north of the old quarter so generally about 10-15 minutes walk to the town and sites. The rooms have no chest of drawers so we were unable to unpack our bags. There were no in-room coffee facilities. The bathroom had no hooks to hang towels. When trying to use the in-room safe, we had to ask reception to unlock the safe before we could use it. Access to the parking is via a small lift from the street behind the hotel. We had a very small car and were only just able to make it! On the positive side, the staff were friendly.

The hotel itself is in a very good location, however room we had was very small, and bed double, had a terrace but wasn't the nicest, cushions stained, no tea or coffee facilities and also breakfast was a bit of a mess about, one particular young man, didn't seem to understand anything and came across quite rude.

Stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room had a fantastic terrace that had sun for most of the day. The seat pads were wet from the rain earlier in the week, and there was no pad for the one sun lounger. The room (302) itself was disappointing as it was so small. Nowhere practical to store suitcases (eventually behind the bathroom door), no practical drawer space, and other than a desk chair, there was no seating,other than sitting on the bed. Breakfast was good, and was the help from the staff on reception. Would stay again, but not in room 302.

The service has welcomed us really well and overall this hotel is really recommended. It's clean and in a perfect location, just next to the city center; a good starting point for visiting Seville by day and night.

This hotel is a gem to say the least. From the moment we checked in and out the staff couldn’t be nicer, they were so helpful. Hotel is stunning, our room was so beautiful, we had an amazing sleep during our 4 nights, really fluffy pillows, we had a lovely view overlooking the beautiful streets and orange trees. The breakfast was beautiful. The location is super, really safe, we were walking distance of everything and the lovely receptionist gave us good tips if tapas bars. Will definitely be returning!

We really enjoyed our few days here. The room was nicely ecorated, and very comfortable, and had a great shower in the bathroom. We liked being a little bit away from the historic centre, but there were many bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Only negative comment is that the rooms at the front are not double-glazed so street noise can disturb your sleep but overall, we loved our time there.

The hotel is perfectly located, everything is in walking distance and the town is really nice. The staff were great, it was my birthday - they did a lovely breakfast spread with balloons on request of my friend; so they were very attentive. The hotel is beautiful, the double room is a little small though but the bathroom is stunning. The pool is nice, not massively big so it does get busy around peak times but in the mornings it’s quiet which is nice. Overall great stay, will be back.

A fantastic hotel. Great location also, close to bars and restaurants and a short walk to many of Sevilla's great monuments The rooms are very confortable and the staff is always ready to help. In short, I will chose this hotel again whenever I return to Sevilla.

Air conditioning does not work, it worked one out of 3 nights and then they barely refunded anything (barely a fraction of one night). The manager “went off work” at 2pm so couldn’t speak to us! The desk refused to let us talk to the manager. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Nice hotel in the heart of Seville, with a few issues. My wife has an intolerance to dairy milk. We asked if the hotel could provide almond milk for our stay of 7 nights with the breakfast. They said yes. On the next morning, we went down to the breakfast to find no almond milk, after it was promised. On our 3rd day at the breakfast room, almond milk was provided, which was. Much appreciated. On leaving the hotel to explore Seville, we returned to our room to find no toilet paper had been left. An easy error to rectify, so it’s not such a big deal. We noticed at this time that my wife’s silk pillow case, which we brought from home, to have been removed from our room. This silk pillow case is nothing like the pillow cases the hotel provides. Despite housekeeping being involved, the pillow case could not be found. This is unacceptable for something to go missing from our room during our stay at the hotel. A very disappointing stay so far.
