Satisfied with location and condition!
It was in front of the cathedral, so the view was good-!!!!
However, when I checked in, the reception location was in a different place (4-5 minutes away), so it was a bit difficult.

This place’s location is everything! The apartment is wonderful and comfortable for four adults, while maintaining privacy. We got the duplex, so there were some stairs to climb as the bathroom is on the second floor. I was pleasantly satisfied, clean apartment, outstanding service, and great location. The administration told us about a nearby laundry, so 10 stars for that bonus!

Pleasantly surprised as to quality of this top floor apartment. Not a loft really. Very spacious, clean and comfortable with a terrific and well sized balcony overlooking the cathedral. Great central location but also quiet as it’s up a side street. Here with mates for one night for the Rangers game but will be back with my wife as it ticked all the boxes for what we would want and Seville looks beautiful from what I saw in my short time.

I booked this BECAUSE it said “on site” parking. I was booking during Féria when parking is impossible without on site parking. When I emailed the property about the mentioned car height restriction they referred me to a public parking garage. If that is full, they said to park at the train station and take a cab. I am 75 years old and need On Site parking. They refuse to refund because it was booked through *******. ******* has no phone number or email address for problems. The property is refusing to honor their representation of their property. We are now 5 days before check in. I want to cancel with refund and they are refusing. Do Not Stay here!

L'appartement avec de grandes baies vitrées est à deux pas de l'Alcazar et de l'imposante cathédrale.Donc parfait. Très propre. Lit confortable. Bien insonorisé. Bouteille de vin appréciée à l'arrivée en remerciement d'une réservation en direct. Quelques petits détails à améliorer : - l'eclairage n'est pas très cozy - un fauteuil supplémentaire ne serait pas de trop - et pour les grands buveurs de café impossible de trouver les dosettes correspondantes à la machine.
