Bright (≈75 m²), elegant décor and a prime location with shops, tapas bars and public transport just minutes away. Public parking less than 1 minute on foot (paid, subject to availability). Layout & capacity; 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds; both with built-in wardrobes. Living–dining room with sofa bed (1 person). Maximum capacity 5 guests. 1 renovated bathroom, spacious and functional (comfortable for two people at the same time). New, fully equipped kitchen (quality appliances and complete cookware). A/C in all rooms and heating. Fast Wi-Fi. Elevator in the building. Access & parking: 24/7 self check-in via electronic smart lock (no extra cost). Public parking <1 min on foot (not included; pay directly at the car park). Location & surroundings: In the heart of Los Remedios/Triana, next to the Guadalquivir River and Triana Bridge. Authentic local vibe, Mercado de Los Remedios, great tapas, and easy access to Plaza de España, Parque de María Luisa, Cathedral/Giralda and Royal Alcázar. In April, the area comes alive with the Feria de Abril at the nearby fairgrounds. Getting around: On foot: Plaza de España/Parque de María Luisa ~15–20 min; Triana ~10–15 min; Cathedral/Alcázar ~20–25 min. Metro (L1): Parque de los Príncipes and Plaza de Cuba stations ~10–15 min on foot. Bus: multiple lines to the Historic Centre and Santa Justa. Taxi/ride-hailing: quick availability in the area. Included: Bed linen and 2 towels per person (bath + hand). Initial courtesy kit (toiletries and toilet paper). Legal note: due to regulations, we do not provide food items (water, oil, salt, coffee, tea, etc.). Replenishments during the stay are the guest’s responsibility. Security deposit (Swikly): Completed before arrival via secure link. No upfront charge: authorization only. 1% Swikly fee paid by the guest when accepting the authorization. In case of damage: charge for the corresponding amount + 5.6% management fee. If everything is fine, the authorization expires and data are deleted (max. 10 days). House rules (mandatory): No groups under 25 (except families). Absolutely no bachelor or bachelorette parties (stag/hen parties). We do not accept such bookings. No smoking. No pets.
