The room layout is reasonable and the location is excellent. The hotel is in an old building. The facilities are indeed very advanced. The bedding is comfortable and the sofa bed is moderately soft and hard. The receptionist on the day shift was particularly enthusiastic and recommended popular attractions and restaurants. It was past six o'clock on the day of check-in, and there was no one on duty, so I didn't receive the access code email. Fortunately, I called the local escort and found the girl on duty before I could get in.

The apar**ent is in the city center and there is no washing machine, but there is an induction cooker for cooking.
The front desk closes at 6 p.m. If you check in late, you have to call before you can open the door and get the key.
Parking in a public parking lot next to it is more troublesome.

The room looks very small from the outside but it was very spacious inside. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Location was great! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends and family.

This apartment is excellent. Check in was easy enough, the apartment was very clean, comfortable. Located right in old Town so food and tourist attraction are right near by. Front desk staff is excellent.
Driving towards the car park nearby is quite stressful in the small streets, but the parking lot is safe.

The nQn apartment was clean and well presented. We arrived after reception had closed for the day but the instructions to access the key were easy to understand and we found the apartment easily. The facilities were good, & the apartment comfortable. Although close to shops and cafes, the area was quiet at night. We were able to easily walk to all the main tourist sites and to the Triana area. Be aware that the apartment is located off a pedestrian area, although only a few minutes walk from/to bus stops and a taxi rank

The hotel is located in the middle of city close to the bus. Its a 10 to 12 min walk to a
Real Alcazar and the cathedral. They have parking available at 5 min walk from the hotel
