We really enjoyed staying in this Hostal Roomsole. The staff was very friendly and kind. Location is great. Next time we come to Seville, we will definitely choose staying in this hostal again.

CATASTROPHIQUE J AI EU UNE CHAMBRE DERNIER ETAGE , SALE INSALUBRE , MALGRE LA CONSTATATION PAR UNE PERSONNE DE L AGENCE , LA RESPONSABLE NE VEUT RIEN FAIRE POUR REGLER LE PROBLEME !!!! JE VOUS METS LES PHOTOS CELA VOUS PARLERA MIEUX , PHOTOS SUR LE SITE MENSONGERES !!!! PAS DE LUMIERE POUR ARRIVER A LA CHAMBRE LE SOIR , LE LIT PLEIN DE CHEVEUX .

We spent 5 days at HOSTAL ROOMSOLE, but unfortunately, the experience was not pleasant. It is clearly managed by an external rental company focused on profit rather than the well-being and comfort of guests. In detail: The room we stayed in needed maintenance: mold everywhere, a broken curtain, non-functional heating, and one morning there was no hot water for a shower. The check-in was rushed without explaining house rules, which had to be found on randomly placed signs. On the first day, no cleaning was done because we weren't informed to put a sign on the door. On the last day, we wanted to store our luggage, but we were told it wasn't possible.

Todo muy bien, la habitación muy cómoda, espaciosa, la cama con un colchón mullido. Todo muy limpio y silencioso. Mi sugerencia es que en recepción haya información de turismo. No hay mapas de la ciudad. A muchos nos gusta movernos con ellos.

L’expérience de cet hôtel à Séville nous a vraiment dégoûté. Arrivés sur place on nous a donné une chambre au rez-de-chaussée alors qu’il n’était indiqué nulle part que nous aurions la chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec 2 immenses fenêtres donnant sur la rue et la porte cochère de l’immeuble qui claque continuellement. Sinon, nous n’aurions jamais réservé ! Impossible de dormir à cause de l’isolation phonique, les phares des voitures inondent la chambre de lumière. Sur booking, on ne trouve qu’une photo de la chambre numéro 3 parmi les cinquante photos, donc pour moi c’est une annonce mensongère. De plus payer le même prix que les autres chambres pour ça c’est vraiment une honte !! Je précise que la salle de bain n’a pas de porte et le toilette se trouve à côté du chevet du lit. Ils n’ont fait aucun effort commercial, aucune réponse de leur part malgré nos appels et nos relances e-mails alors qu’on est partis dès la première nuit en ayant payé 4 nuits, parce qu’il nous était impossible de dormir. Ils nous ont baladé en disant d’envoyer un mail mais on attend toujours. Bref c’est vraiment notre pire expérience en Andalousie, mettez votre argent dans un autre hôtel ! Le but d’une chambre d’hôtel c’est à minima d’arriver à dormir, surtout pour plus de 100€ la nuit… à fuir absolument.

Boa localização, mesmo no centro, estiveram sempre em contacto connosco, para saber quando chegávamos. O quarto para um Hostel não sendo muito grande tem boas condições. Passamos 3 dias muito agradáveis. O menos agradável, mas compreensível é estacionar o carro, com um pouco de sorte é possível estacionar gratuitamente mas um pouco longe, ou pagar em parques de estacionamento caros. O Hostal, 👌

Terribile, bagno senza la porta, wc a un metro dal letto, sporco e rumoroso. Dovevamo rimanere 4 notti me ne abbiamo fatto solo 1 e solo perché abbiamo trovato un altro hotel solo la mattina successiva all'arrivo altrimenti saremmo andati via la sera stessa

Ottima sistemazione in pieno centro. Tutte le maggiori attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi, tra la Cattedrale e il Barrio Santa Cruz. Chiara e veloce la comunicazione su WhatsApp in fase di check in e per qualsiasi richiesta. Consigliatissimo.
