Cavalta Boutique Hotel GL

Writing second hand on behalf of brother and his wife whom I gifted this. The hotel stay was in celebration of her 40th birthday. I emailed the hotel prior to their stay to arrange a cake, they responded promptly and were able to organise a birthday cake for 15.50€. I was a little disappointed they proved two slices and not an actual small cake, nevertheless I appreciate the ease of communication with the hotel. Location was good by all accounts.

what a perfect choice we made in the Cavalta boutique hotel in the wonderful, authentic area of Triana, and just a 20 min easy stroll over the river into Downtown. The breakfasts were fabulous, as was the restaurant and the wonderful addition of a rooftop lounging area with a bar and a pool were a perfect relief for tired legs and 28 degree sunshine. We were fortunate enough to even be given a room upgrade to a Suite which was very lucky. However with just 12 rooms, the biggest compliment we must give were to the brilliant staff.... they were polite, attentive and really helpful with advice and recommendations also. For such a boutique hotel, there was plenty of staff around and it made for a perfect break where we felt spoilt and treated.

Hotel Gravina 51 is a great place to stay in Seville. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is ideal—close to the main sights but in a quiet area. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated with a mix of modern and traditional style. The courtyard is a lovely spot to relax after a day out. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with a good variety. It’s clear a lot of care goes into the service here. A solid choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.

Super nice boutique hotel in the heart of the city. We were there with a group of colleagues and enjoyed the fact that It's a walking distance from everything in the city. The room was amazing, the bed super comfortable and the staff super helpful! I enjoyed the breakfast there, super healthy and fresh !

I contacted the hotel prior to our stay with a few questions and I was impressed by the prompt, helpful and friendly reponses that I received from Alejandro. We received a wonderful warm welcome from Paula (who I will add was brilliant throughout our 3 night stay). We were staying as a belated birthday treat so we were delighted to be given a room upgrade. The hotel is in Triana, a 10 minute walk from Triana bridge where you cross the river to get to the centre of the city. Breakfast in the morning was served like an afternoon tea with delicious fruits, cheeses, meats and pastries plus some hot options. Everything looked lovely and tasted great. The hotel is small and as a result the staff quickly get to know you. I was impressed when Sofia remembered my preferences from the previous day. (We also had a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant, had a drink on the rooftop in the evening sunshine and booked our airport transfer via the hotel and had the pleasure of meeting reliable, friendly amusing Pedro) We felt like truly valued guest. Nothing was too much trouble and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. It's so difficult to find the words to do the hotel and staff justice so don't take my word for it, book it and find out for yourself.
