Location is a 20mins walk to the city center, simple buffet breakfast, friendly receptionist. Room is simple and basic, most importantly it was clean. Microwave and water cooler available for use at the cafe located next to the lobby. 10mins walk away from Santa Justa station

This is the most satisfactory hotel in this trip. It is very close to the attractions and within ten minutes' walk to the palace and the church. The room is large and spacious, and the staff is very enthusiastic and responsible. The hotel is very distinctive and the elevator is very simple. The breakfast is very good, the dining environment is beautiful and there are many choices. The luggage will be delivered to the room. It is also very convenient to go out for a walk at night. It is very safe. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, I had a positive experience. One of the standout features was undoubtedly its fantastic location, which offered convenient access to the nearby metro station. However, I must acknowledge some areas that fell short of expectations. While the room was comfortable, I did notice that cleanliness was not up to the standard I had hoped for. Additionally, the amenities provided were somewhat lacking, which was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their efforts to make my stay enjoyable. With some attention to detail in cleaning and enhancing amenities, this hotel has the potential to be an even more delightful destination for travelers.

Close to the airport, far from the city, suitable for self-driving tours, public transportation to the city takes too long. The car was parked at the door of the hotel, no charge. 🛏 Room facilities: The facilities are average, only a few tissues are left, and the details are slightly lacking. 🍽 Dining: The breakfast is Hilton standard, average.

Good location. Shopping mall just besides it. But sadly Sunday is closed during our stay

The hotel's breakfast is full of fruits, and the location is about 7 Euros from the old city center for rent. There is a water park next to it but it is not open in winter. One of the quadruple rooms booked is a sofa bed. The hotel bathroom design is good. Separate, the wash basin is also very convenient. The swimming pool is warm. The outdoor temperature in December is about 20 degrees. It is not cold at all in the evening.

The hotel surroundings are really quite and the hotel is placed in a residential area away from the tourist spots. These can be easily reachable by walking. The restaurant does not have so many offers and the prices are too expensive for the experience offered. Breakfast good but also crowed and noise. Car parking underground available also quite expensive.

The lady at the front desk is very nice. The hotel is in a great location and is very convenient to go anywhere. The treadmill in the gym is not very efficient and has a high slope. But the square in front of the hotel is suitable for running in the morning. In short, I am very satisfied.

The hotel was newly opened three years ago, with a very good location and good service. It's just that the entrance is hard to find, and the parking lot is hard to find by yourself. The hotel charges 30 euros for valet parking, which is a bit expensive. The room size is not big. Other than that, there is no problem.
