We can highly recommend this hotel. We had a minor issue with our room on our first night but this was resolved without question and we were moved to another room. Every single member of staff were friendly and courteous. We were a large group and reception helped us out booking excursions, restaurants and transfers. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent, served by our favourite waiter of our whole trip! Well done Radisson you should be very proud. The hotel is ideally situated for getting around the city on foot.

The hotel was in a great location, welcoming and very clean. The room was pleasant, the bed and pillows were amazing. The shower was fabulous but leaked all over the floor. The first night we had a problem with the TV and air conditioning, which they sent up a member of staff to look at, but no joy so they had to control the AC from reception and mended the next day. The following day both of our keys cards stopped working so we had to return to the Reception to correct this. On our last day, we had to leave before breakfast so they gave us a picnic bag to take, very disappointing especially for a 5 star hotel, so I would state this is a 4 star not 5.

We arrived during a rain storm and could not access the parking space in front of the hotel as there were two busses and a police van occupying the space. We later learned that the busses belonged to an Italian soccer team that was staying at the hotel and that was given priority over all other, less important, guests. Since we could not stop in front of the hotel and had no idea where to go, we were forced to drive around the block in heavy rain and traffic. We eventually found our way to the enormous underground parking garage, which serves as the parking garage for a mall, offices, conference center and the hotel. The garage was poorly marked and we could not find the the right elevator/exit for the hotel. After exiting at the wrong place and getting soaked from the rain, we eventually found the entrance to the hotel, which was on the opposite side. A porter was sent to accompany us back to the parking garage to show us the way. The porter told us that this is an everyday occurrence when guests get lost in the parking garage or take the wrong elevators due to poor signage. When we expressed our grievances to the reception staff, they argued and told us that there were signs. Later that night, we called the reception desk asking for two wine glasses and a cork screw since there were none in the room. The receptionist informed us that it will be an extra charge to bring wine glasses and a cork screw to our room, but that we could get them from the restaurant on the 35th floor if we went to pick them up. My husband asked whether he had to bring the bottle to the restaurant to open and the receptionist said that was not necessary. When my husband went up to the restaurant and asked for the cork screw, they told him they could not give it to him as it was very expensive and they needed it. As a result, my husband had to return to the room and bring the wine bottle to the restaurant. Prior to our arrival, my husband sent an email to the hotel requesting certain information, but did not receive a response. When we asked the reception staff why there was no response to our email, they told us that we sent it to an email box that does not go to them. The next day it became clear to us that they had full access to the mail box since they asked us if we were still interested in the booking we requested in our email. In addition to the poor service, the room decor and furniture looked cheap and the shower and WC were very small. Although we booked the hotel for two nights, we decided to leave the next day. Upon departure, we called for help with our luggage, but there was no answer so we did not get any help. This is the worst five star hotel experience we ever had and the first and last time we will ever stay at a Eurostar hotel.

I thought it was an excellent hotel to spend a few days in Sevilla. Very clean and tastefully decorated. All has paint again. It is not too expensive, good quality-price relationship. It works through entry and exit codes, so you avoid being pendling the key. What a magical retreat. We stayed over the Easter weekend for my 40th birthday. We had room 7 which had a private terrace and was beautifully presented when we arrived. Correspondence with the staff was fantastic and a welcome text greeted us on our day of arrival and a smile and an air of familiarity as if being greeted by an old friend upon arrival. Miguel our host was fantastic and could not have done more to make our stay more enjoyable. The hotel is relaxed and the beautiful courtyard and plunge pool make for a tranquil retreat to escape the pace of the city outside. Attractions are a fair walk but to wander the streets and soak up the atmosphere is something you shouldn’t miss. If you’re feet get tired you can always hire a bike from the hotel or easily hop on an e shooter( definitely recommend both) and wizz off to explore other areas of the city which might be a little too far on foot. Other reviews have complaints regarding the breakfast, I found the form easy to complete and change when we fancied less on some mornings. What is provided is nice and the orange juice is amazing! If you want more there is alway the option to ask for it on the form or just pop to one of the many cafes at the end of the street. If I was getting picky I would of liked a towel rail in the bathroom. I highly recommend this stunning little hotel for families or couples and hope that we can return again one day. Thank you Miguel and Candela for all your efforts and making our stay so memorable.

This hotel is magical. It's in the perfect location in Seville. The modest entrance does not prepare you for the beauty inside. From the tile in the lobby, to the antiques and exquisite metal work. The courtyard is about as peaceful as you will find. We stayed in a family suite for two nights. The main bedroom had pocket doors that closed. A perfect way for a family of 3 to stay. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Mariam at the front desk was so very helpful. She explained the area and events with perfect English. We were there for the Holy Week and the processions were simply breathtaking to watch. We highly recommend this hotel and this stunning city.

Apartment confortable, you have everything you need to spend some days. Bed very confortable, apartment very clean. Only some points to be better: for me there are too much light, the curtains are not suitable, i couldnt sleep well for this reason. Another point, you can handle the temperature. I had a problem and I called to the telephone number (It was 7pm) they gave to me (bacause there were nobody at recepción) and nobody answered, so i couldn't be attended.
