U-Sense Sevilla Catedral

Casco Antiguo
Location was great, near everything you’d want to see and very easy to walk to and from. The hotel rooms, beds, kitchens were great and provided good sleep, laundry and a nice way to enjoy a few days in town. You have to be pretty self sufficient for their use as it is all done via app communication and an app you download to get in and out of the room/building. The only negative comment I’d have was the room got very warm and it took a bit of work on our part to convince the team the problem with the temperature was not US, but the thermostat was not working properly. Finally, a person came to our room and was able to figure out what was wrong after we had to jump various hoops to try to resolve the issue. In her defense, when it was fixed, she was very apologetic about the matter. Also, they did provide a breakfast for us which was a box dropped outside the room door. The food was good, however, the first day we didn’t realize the system and we let it sit outside too long.

Everything else was ok, breakfast was simple. But what to say is: the friends who drive must pay attention! The so-called parking is not parking at the hotel, but parking to a parking garage that is 10 minutes away from the hotel and walks about 1 km away. And you still have to pay for it, as long as you spend 19 euros overnight. Nothing about this hotel! In addition, the hotel is located in the old city, the road to the hotel entrance is narrow to the driver who opened the road for the first time, the wheel hub will be kicked if not careful, and will get lost. We spent a lot of energy to find the hotel for half an hour, but was told to go to the parking garage again, very frustrating. For the first time here, friends who are unfamiliar with the situation should pay attention.

We were not staying at the hotel , but having met some rather rude waiters in the “we are so busy we don’t care” area around the palace we spotted the roof top terrace advert. Great view and the beers were cold and tasty. Marta in the rooftop bar was friendly and efficient - so hospitable, professional and full of interesting conversation. A Star! On reception I needed help with purchasing some tickets on line Helena was amazing - polite, professional and just brilliant in every way. She navigated the Spanish website for me and the tickets were sorted. Again a Star! If these two wonderful people are a reflection of the hotel then - wow! Big thank you to both ;)

Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location with views that are just stunning. This was a real treat and a great find. Lift direct to the room, stylish decor and thoughtful complimentary drinks. The terrace is amazing and a wonderful spot to sit on an evening. We stayed in the top suite and as there are only 3 apartments in the block it was never busy. Had a wonderful chat with a great Australian couple one evening and what a place to chat . Definitely would stay again and highly recommend them. You have views direct on to the walls of the Real Alcarez Palace and the Cathedral. Ideal location for all the tapas bars and also cafes . Such a beautiful city and superb location.

Very good store: Just beside Seville Cathedral, walk out of the alley, the beautiful city center, walking distance to any attraction, safe at night, alleys are tourists, there are Watching the flamenco show, there is dinner, there is a night view, very lively! The owner also has a restaurant next to it. It is very romantic. The small hotel is a typical Arabian-style house with 3 floors. There are 3 people, suitable for couples and families to live in, and can experience the local residential life very comfortable! very comfortable! Same as home! It is recommended to stay here, one is the restaurant and a small garden, there is a band singing, there are orange trees with big oranges, the oranges are all over the floor, so beautiful!

Located centrally in Sevilla old town. In the middle of a maze of tiny streets within walking distance of all the main attractions, e.g. Alcazar and Cathedral, near the old town, as well as numerous of restaurants/Tapas bars etc. Lovely helpful staff who make you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. We had a great welcome from both Joaquin and Natalie on reception each day and we were offered a glass of cava on at least two occasions. The check in is at the sister hotel “Halo” which is less than one minute walk around the corner. The room was quite small and rustic (which is what we expected from a boutique hotel). We had a standard room. Only downside was that the coffee / tea pods and water bottles were not replenished each day after the room had been cleaned so we had to ask for more at reception. The half-sized bath with overhead shower was a challenge and might be easier if it were a walk-in shower instead. We would stay here again on a return visit.
