The daytime office lady was very nice and she made sure I got the room even though I was a few hours earlier than the check in time. She even asked the housekeeper to make sure it was clean so I could get some sleep before I left for work a few hours later.

Check in was slow and behind glass in a very over heated side room , not in a lobby

The bedding had noticeable holes in the covering; the small table top had what appeared to be a build-up of a sticky substance. Overall is what acceptable for 1 night.

Asked for non smoking room, but there were cigarette burns on the coverlet and a whiff of smoke in the air. Overall the room was clean and austere. You get what you pay for so we weren’t disappointed.

I stayed 2 nights but no one changed my towels and no room service. No microwave to warm my food. Environment is clean and quiet. There is always room for improvement Thanks

Selective placement After getting the room around 8 pm, I went to bed. I was woken up around 12:30 pm from the loud noise from people checking in upstairs. I don’t know why front desk put people above me when there were many vacancies.
