Após efetuar uma reserva de um quarto com cama de casal, através desta plataforma, cheguei ao hotel e fui recebida num quarto com duas camas individuais.
Após breve conversa com a funcionária foi-me explicado que está teria sido a informação passada através da plataforma de reservas. Não tendo hotel disponível quartos de casal para a noite em questão, acabei por passar a noite neste mesmo quarto. Sinto falta de confiança em voltar a reservar através deste meio, pois foi a primeira vez que tal me aconteceu assim como primeira experiência através desta plataforma.

Espaço envolvido por área verde e com piscina, bom pequeno almoço. Limpeza ficou aquém, tando em termos físicos como nas roupas de banho/cama. Reservamos quarto duplo (com cama casal) mas foi-nos entregue quarto twin (camas individuais).
