We had an exceptional stay at the hotel.We were upgraded and treated with great respect and kindness.The hotel was delightful and we loved the variety of art.The staff marked my daughters birthday with a cake and sang too! Fantastic! The gardens are beautiful..We loved the pool area and the Jasmine walk.We were offered a special rate for a massage/spa and this was very special indeed!
I want to thank the staff for making our visit so very delightful and my daughters Birthday such a memorable experience! Ì

Best and favorite hotel in all my many years of traveling! It’s absolutely stunning, so creatively curated with amazing modern art. Every where you look is a feast for the eyes. Dinner at Amista was spectacular, from the delicious and varied menu to the faultless expert service. And finally, I had to make several changes to the reservation before we arrived, and the staff was so wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Truly one of my top travel experiences…Five hundred stars!!

My husband and I just returned from spending three nights in the spectacular Byblos Art Hotel Villa Amista. We travel through Italy often and this was truly the most spectacular hotel I have ever seen. The art throughout and around every corner is stunning, the rooms are creative and beautiful, the spa is beyond anyone's imagination as are the grounds. Mr. Facchin and Beatriz are amazing hosts and so wonderful. All in all, the best three days in Italy - ever!

The hotel is looking a bit tired and obviously living on its laurels. The pool area was ok though children allowed so noisy. The waiters were reluctant to serve and you needed to order at the bar. They were however fawning about an influencer and had no problem waiting on them. Not worth the cost of the day here for such shoddy service. However we are in the Michelin Star restaurant that night which was fabulous

Excellent service from front desk to rooms everybody was perfect. Pool is very well managed and michelin restaurant should have its second star as the chief is exceptionally creative. Car service is perfect. In addition the hotel organize a shuttle to verona to be on time at opera. What else?

Wonderful villa with a stunning garden and pool area. Only the chandelier in the entrance hall is worth a visit. The dining experience at the fine-dining restaurant was absolutely remarkable and the standard room cozy and comfortable. For a longer stay a larger room could be reasonable. The artworks displayed are not made for everyone's taste and I would definitely not suggest it for small children. This is the only important "but" I have to add.
