Motel Charlie is our absolute favorite motel! I visited almost all the rooms, I really wanted to thank and compliment the very kind and helpful staff, they brought me a pizza at three in the morning 😂 compliments to the women who take care of the cleaning, never underestimate their work done with care I wanted to point out to respect their tasks and not leave excessive dirt in the rooms and complain less it's not easy do it yourself and then we'll see! Other than that, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I stayed at this motel with my girlfriend for our anniversary in January 2023, recommended by a friend who had a good time. We stayed in the new part, in one of the Total White rooms which could be colored to our liking with RGB lights. Everything was really special and I would like to say that I made a good impression also thanks to the truly spectacular hydromassage tub in the room. Room service even at night very convenient. The cost of our room was not super cheap but in my opinion it is quite correct for the service offered. Breakfast in the room, a final treat much appreciated! We will gladly return.

Non abbiamo soggiornato nella camera che avevamo scelto ma in una molto squallida, al momento della presentazione c'era scritto che il pagamento sarebbe avvenuto in struttura mentre lo hanno voluto anticipatamente, altrimenti avremmo perso la prenotazione e inoltre, al momento del check out, avendo ordinato una bottiglia di prosecco ci è stato fatto un sovraprezzo di ben 20 euro, quando ho chiesto spiegazioni ci è stato risposto che avevamo ordinato fiori o altre decorazioni, ho detto che non era così, quindi ci avevano detto che i 20 euro ce li avrebbero stornati, dal momento che abbiamo pagato col pos, ma la cosa non è avvenuta. Purtroppo lo sconsigliamo vivamente. Uniche note positive: personale gentilissimo, colazione inclusa e orari apprezzabili.

Tutto lo staff del Motel Charlie è dotato di eccezionali valori etici e morali, di cui i cardini principali sono educazione, gentilezza, competenza e assoluta collaborazione nei confronti dei clienti. La camera assegnata è, risultata da subito, pulitissima è dotata di tutti i confort, tali da sentirsi in assoluto relax. Infatti ci si può concedere anche un momento di tranquillità nella vasca con sali, idro massaggio e atmosfera paradisiaca. Complimenti veramente per l’ospitalità e per i servizi ricevuti, compreso la colazione adatta a tutti i gusti ed abbondante.

Terza tappa del nostro tour dei motel voto 10!Bel posto!!primo impatto mi sono sentita per un attimo in vacanza al mare! Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Mi ha stupito la colazione compresa nel prezzo prima volta..le tariffe sono ottime e conviene alla grande.la stanza quella basic davvero accogliente con tutti i comfort necessari! Consiglio vivamente!ne vale la pena! Tornerò molto volentieri sono curiosa di vedere le altre stanze e divertirmi con la mia passione per la fotografia allego due tre foto delle tante davvero top!

Pessima esperienza. Appena arrivato, dopo un viaggio di sei ore in macchina, scopro con mia sorpresa di aver dimenticato il documento d'identità. Lo comunico all'addetto al check-in che a sua volta mi comunica che il direttore dell'hotel non accetta documenti digitali (avevo a disposizione tutti i documenti digitali). Insisto e chiedo di parlare con il direttore e mi viene rifiutata anche questa richiesta. Nonostante i tentativi, non solo mi viene negato il check-in, ma non mi viene restituita neanche la somma che ho pagato. Davvero una bruttissima esperienza. Peraltro l'hotel si trova anche in una zona davvero brutta. Ovviamente non ho avuto problemi in nessun altro hotel nei giorni successivi e tutti hanno accettato il documento digitale. Una persona davvero spiacevole, poco professionale e priva di empatia.

Posto squallido! Ci è sta assegnata una stanza fumatori nn richiesta che puzzava più di un posacenere...ma la ciliegina sulla torta è stata una scena di sesso sfrenato dalla camera accanto alle ore 16 che ho, a mio malgrado,dovuto far udire a mia figlia di 12 anni....ovviamente nn è un albergo adatto ai bambini,ma solo per coppie che vogliono sfogare i loro istiti...siamo fuggiti!
