I was a bit disappointed in several respects: First I was charged for our first night of three, when we were unable to make it there due to train issues. I had warned the hotel a couple of weeks before our stay that this could happen and I wrote emails twice on our travel day to give reports/notice. Second, we found the room to be very basic (more like a college dorm room). Third, the breakfast was also very basic (the worst of 6 hotels that we stayed in during our trip).

The staff are extremely rude and dont understand customer service. The beds are not comfortable and breakfast is very basic. You might have to wait 15 minutes standing in hallway before someone gets to you. The location is ok but would definitely not stay here again.

Great value ,good location very welcoming.
I liked the hotel from the minute I arrived in the lobby, the check in was easy and staff helpful. The AC was already on in the hotel which was clean and functional. I choose to have breakfast it was as advertised plenty of coffee top ups and fresh produce, it is good value. All staff were pleasant, so much so that I decided to stay an additional night. So convenient to the railway and good food nearby. I have already recommended to friends and would stay again. Thanks

Hôtel qui ne paye pas de mine aux primes abord. Agréable surprise avec un accueil parfait de la part de Julien. Nous y avons très bien dormi Petit déjeuner à tarif raisonnable qui fait bien le job. Les chambres sont propres, l’hôtel semble entretenu. Parfait pour visiter la ville et profiter de ces restaurants.

Un hôtel idéal pour qui a fait la Viarhona et veut se reposer avant un retour en train… Proche du centre-ville et très proche de la gare ( sans en entendre le bruit !) Accueil sympathique, chambre correcte, petit déjeuner agréable et surtout vélo en sécurité…
