I was a bit disappointed in several respects: First I was charged for our first night of three, when we were unable to make it there due to train issues. I had warned the hotel a couple of weeks before our stay that this could happen and I wrote emails twice on our travel day to give reports/notice. Second, we found the room to be very basic (more like a college dorm room). Third, the breakfast was also very basic (the worst of 6 hotels that we stayed in during our trip).

The staff are extremely rude and dont understand customer service. The beds are not comfortable and breakfast is very basic. You might have to wait 15 minutes standing in hallway before someone gets to you. The location is ok but would definitely not stay here again.

Halte à vélo dans ce petit hôtel. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Chambre agréable et confortable. Pdj correct. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans un quartier agréable. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous reviendrons et le recommanderons

un hotel a eviter le seul avantage le parking victor hugo pour le reste la propeté n'est pas a l'ordre du jour la literie idem le matelas avachi au centre donc la tete et les pieds sont sur elevé votre choix doit se faire ailleurs pas pret de nous revoir

Visite à Sète en Août 2024 avec femme et enfants. Nous avons occupé une chambre familiale bien spacieuse avec un lit double et deux lits superposés, un petit balcon donnant sur la rue, une salle de bain avec grande douche. Hôtel très propre, très bien décoré que ce soit dans la chambre ou dans les parties communes. La salle de petit déjeuner est relativement petite mais elle aussi très bien décorée. Le petit déj est un semi-buffet. Certains produits nous attendaient sur la table, d'autres étaient en libre service. Mais tout était de bonne qualité, un régal pour bien commencer la journée. Petite critique : il y a un frigo à boisson mais sous cadenas dans l'entrée. Hyper dommage qu'il n'y a pas de distributeur pour les arrivées tardives. Ou alors juste une petite bouteille d'eau dans la chambre pour l'arrivée. Sinon, l'accueil au matin était très agréable, ce fut un bon moment

Julien nous a accueilli avec une gentillesse et professionnalisme exceptionnels ! Nous avons dormi dans une chambre spacieuse très propre.le petit déjeuner est très bien avec un accueil très agréable. La situation géographique est idéal , vous pouvez garer la voiture au parking couvert à proximité et tout faire à pied Nous avons pu amener notre petit chat qui a aussi apprécié une chambre spacieuse en Rdc Le rapport qualité prix est exceptionnel, je vous recommande les yeux fermés Encore merci Julien pour cette excellente expérience dans votre hôtel !
