The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff are excellent. Showing its age a little now but overall spot on.

Horrible experience in this hotel, do not recommend visiting. It is far away from feeling like a 4 star hotel and our friends' trip was completely ruined by this stay. - We were group of 16 people from the first day we started feeling different symptoms of being sick. More than a half of our group suffered from vomiting, diarrhea, and fever most likely from the hotel food. Those who avoided eating it recovered quickly, while others' conditions worsened. Other guests experienced similar issues but the staff of the hotel kept changing their explanation why this is happening - first blaming the water supplier, then a “local virus,” and eventually denying any issue altogether. Most of us went to a doctor who did not agree that hotel have any relation to our well being and gave us different kinds of medicine not necessarily best for the condition. - Also, it was hard to communicate with staff as they barely spoke english. - Rooms condition was far far far away from being 4 stars. Our room kitchen had no cutlery or dishes, if we wanted to make some tea we needed to go to reception to get a kettle for extra 30eur deposit. After most of us got food poisoning we could not even make food in our room cause stovetop was broken. The air in the rooms was super dry adding extra discomfort for us. One room that our friends stayed in had broken lamp making strange noises so loudly that they could not even sleep. Other room of our friends found their snacks being bitten by rats. This is worst hotel experience that I ever had. Except from being close to lifts this hotel is very very bad.

Be warned, here are the things I wish I had known before staying here… If you take the BREAKFAST option you DO NOT have access to the self-catering equipment. This is in the small print. It is still marketed as a “self-catering apartment PLUS breakfast”, however all self-catering equipment is locked away and Hotel will charge you €40 for access to pots, pans, plates and cutlery. By adding on breakfast to our booking we lost out on the 15% BAR DISCOUNT ON ALL DRINKS AND SNACKS PURCHASES. This is not treating customers fairly. Also, if you are only having breakfast and are not one of the full-board guests you will be seated in the side-return of the restaurant, further away from the food and the main hubbub of the restaurant. There is no wi-if throughout the hotel, only in the communal bar/reception/restaurant area. You will therefore have to use your data allowance when in your room. Room temperature could not be adjusted as controls were fixed. Temperature was fixed to a very warm temperature, good for drying clothes but not for sleeping.

The receptionist staff saved my life.One night I was unconscious because of my alcohol consumption, and my friends helped me to the reception at Villagio Olimpico. Mehdi Samcha, my savior, did everything he could to help me. He put me in recovery position and Called an ambulans and really made them help me. Without him, i don’t know if i would even sit here. He did a really good job and was one of the kindest persons I’ve met. He really made me and my friends who were there too, feel safe. I hope him all good! And thankyou for the help!

This was my first skiing experience. The location was great, and the housekeepers were great and helpful. I found the rest of the hotel staff very unhelpful and not very friendly. In a hotel, you'd expect a kettle and cups. They wanted €40 for that privilege because we were half board!! The beds weren't very comfortable either. The noise in the corridors was ridiculous, maybe some signs to remind people to be a bit quieter, and consider people sleeping. There were lots of school trips going on. I knew this was going to be a busy and tiring trip, not to say it wasn't fun, but having the basics and a nice place to relax is key after a busy day. I wasn't impressed by this hotel at all. Definitely needs a revamp as well.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. It's really very convenient, right next to the track. Especially when staying with children. Everything else is very disappointing. I have never stayed in a hotel (which they say is 4 star) where there is simply no shower curtain or glass wall and everything just runs into the room. And the bathroom door is built right into the shower. Some petrol station bathrooms look better. The exterior doors, the corridors just don't look like a hotel. The common areas look good. And the staff are friendly and helpful as far as they can go in this kind of situation.
