The receptionist staff saved my life.One night I was unconscious because of my alcohol consumption, and my friends helped me to the reception at Villagio Olimpico. Mehdi Samcha, my savior, did everything he could to help me. He put me in recovery position and Called an ambulans and really made them help me. Without him, i don’t know if i would even sit here. He did a really good job and was one of the kindest persons I’ve met. He really made me and my friends who were there too, feel safe. I hope him all good! And thankyou for the help!

c’mon…. a lot of employees needs to be FIRED immediately, i’ve never been treated so badly by staff members. forget a relaxing time at the spa it’s not good at all, and forget a good workout in the gym, i almost fainted because the pool is right beside it, so the humidity is absolutely terrible. yesterday i went to spleep at 1am because of all the noise coming from the corridors, the walls seems to be made out of paper. the balcony was DIRTY but overall the room was pretty comfortable. i repeat staff members are not it, take action because i’m not the first person to say this and trust me i’ll NOT be coming back, they ruined my trip.

This was my first skiing experience. The location was great, and the housekeepers were great and helpful. I found the rest of the hotel staff very unhelpful and not very friendly. In a hotel, you'd expect a kettle and cups. They wanted €40 for that privilege because we were half board!! The beds weren't very comfortable either. The noise in the corridors was ridiculous, maybe some signs to remind people to be a bit quieter, and consider people sleeping. There were lots of school trips going on. I knew this was going to be a busy and tiring trip, not to say it wasn't fun, but having the basics and a nice place to relax is key after a busy day. I wasn't impressed by this hotel at all. Definitely needs a revamp as well.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. It's really very convenient, right next to the track. Especially when staying with children. Everything else is very disappointing. I have never stayed in a hotel (which they say is 4 star) where there is simply no shower curtain or glass wall and everything just runs into the room. And the bathroom door is built right into the shower. Some petrol station bathrooms look better. The exterior doors, the corridors just don't look like a hotel. The common areas look good. And the staff are friendly and helpful as far as they can go in this kind of situation.

The only good thing about the hotel is the size of the room and the staff. We stayed at the end of the hotel, which means that it seems like we have to walk 500 meters in icy corridors that meant wearing a snow coat to get to the reception or restaurant. The ski racks are right under the room but you have to walk the same distance along the street, very very complicated. Regarding the food, it is also very poor and with little choice. At breakfast, although it lasts until 9.30, before 8.30 there are already things missing that are not replaced. It will not be a hotel to repeat.

On Google they might give 4 stars, while we wouldnt even give 1 star. The rooms are terrible ++ not clean, more detailed description: - They only changed the bed linen when we moved in our room while they did not clean the floor, the bathroom and the fridge: we literally entered a dirty room/apartment (e.g. there was still trash on the floor from the people before us ++ there was dirt/sand in the bathroom/sink) - The shower is so small, you cant even turn around in the shower - You can't sit on the toilet because the space between the shower and the toilet is so narrow - The room smelled so bad and unclean when we entered that we had to open a window for several hours - The rooms are so old that the wall paint/ cover is coming off - The curtains dont protect you from the light outside: perpetual daytime during the night - Central heating cant be turned off meaning that you are sleeping inside a sauna Overall, I would never ever recommend anyone to book a room in this hotel for any price ever! Especially the fact that the rooms are just not clean is too much.

Hotel staff are terrible. Apartments are horrible. Mattresses are very poor. You will get back pain for sure. And this place us by no means a 4*. Stay away if you can. Nowhere in the listing says you have to pay so much for the swimming pool. They charge you for everything.

Completely happy with our stay and we couldn’t have been luckier with the location for our family’s first ski trip with young children. For the price paid, very satisfied with what the hotel and room had to offer. Self catering was minimal but absolutely fine. Grocery order was perfect for last minute cooking. Fun kids entertainment in the evening. For the price, couldn’t have asked for more. Lovely staff.
