English: In reference to our stay at the Torre Rossa in Sestriere, instead of at the Duchi d'Aosta, as we booked, we report complete dissatisfaction with the stay. Upon our arrival we were assigned a room, perhaps 15 square meters, triple, remodeled with 5 beds, a hole where we couldn't move, only one small closet, a bathroom, which flooded as soon as all 5 of us took a shower, on 20.12.2021 there wasn't even hot water. Terrible restaurant service, very little choice and terrible quality, not even a bottle in the entire room of extra virgin olive oil to season the vegetables; in 3 days, they were able to serve hamburgers and chips 3 times, as a second course, without any alternative, because there was only one second course! For the packed lunch as an alternative to lunch in the hotel, only one sandwich with cooked ham or prosciutto cotto, because there was only that... I could go on, but I think it's enough. Meaning that none of the inconvenience was objectively due to the covid emergency, but rather to a carelessness of Aurum, as was said by an employee, that maintenance had not been done at I Duchi d'Aosta and for this reason it was not possible to open the hotel we had chosen months before, having already stayed there.
