Exceptional Service and Incredible Staff!
I recently stayed at this hotel and was blown away by the level of care and attention from the staff. During my stay, I lost my wallet, and the entire team went above and beyond to help me locate it. From the front desk to housekeeping and even the restaurant staff—everyone was genuinely concerned and eager to assist.
What truly stood out was how friendly and attentive the staff were throughout my stay. The service was excellent, and they made me feel welcome and supported during a stressful moment.
It’s rare to find a place where the whole team treats you like family. I highly recommend this hotel not just for its comfort and amenities, but for the incredible people who work there. Thank you all again!

Parto dai punti positivi: colazione molto buona, plateatico molto bello e piacevole. Tutti molto gentili a livello di staff. La struttura ha i suoi anni e questo non deve essere necessariamente un punto a sfavore, il problema è che è tenuta proprio male (es. ingresso, la prima cosa che si vede sono delle poltrone tutte rotte). Il vero problema è la pulizia, nella mia stanza ho trovato 4 diversi insetti, capelli, materasso con evidenti segni di passaggi di cimici dei letti, mancanza di coprimaterasso e odore di fumo nelle stanze (immagino di tanti anni fa, non recente).

Ho trascorso una settimana in questo splendido hotel e non posso che parlarne con entusiasmo. Fin dal primo momento sono stato accolto con grande calore e disponibilità. Una menzione speciale va alle signore delle pulizie, sempre sorridenti, gentili e attente a ogni dettaglio, ciò che ho apprezzato di più è stata la loro simpatia e la genuina cortesia con cui si prendevano cura degli ospiti. Il titolare dell’hotel è una persona squisita, sempre presente, pronto a scambiare due parole, dare consigli e assicurarsi che tutto fosse perfetto. Si vede che tiene moltissimo al suo lavoro e lo fa con passione. Anche al ristorante l’esperienza è stata eccellente. Le cameriere sono state semplicemente perfette, professionali, cordiali e sempre con il sorriso. In sintesi, è stato un soggiorno che ricorderò con piacere, non solo per la bellezza della struttura, ma soprattutto per le persone meravigliose che ci lavorano. Tornerò sicuramente!

Hotel con camere molto datate, pulizia abbastanza buona, colazione discreta, con scelta anche salata, letto scomodissimo, abbiamo passato tutta la notte a tentar di trovare una posizione che non desse problemi. Per me 3 stelle lo era una volta.
