The place is curious, and it would be nice to be clean and give it some maintenance. But the lack of cleanliness, no air conditioning or fan (they give you one upon payment of 15 euros a day), and the general neglect, make it a place not to return to. It's a shame, because the place could be better, simple, but it needs some attention and more cleaning. If you can pay a little more, go somewhere better.

The windows don't open, you can't close the door from the inside, it doesn't have air conditioning and there are bugs, it's the worst hostel I've ever been in, I don't know how I recommend it even to my worst enemy. The staff has been very rude to my partner and me and they tried to deceive us

A pleasant surprise place in Playa de Palma, very clean, tidy, low prices, good location and a very attentive and familiar service. We stayed a week with my partner and we felt very pampered at all times. We will repeat soon.

We reserved a room to spend two nights, when we arrived he informed us of a problem with the previous clients, due to which we could not sleep there. After communicating this, he gave us a solution in which he found us another place to stay, without added costs. We received excellent treatment at all times despite previous problems.
