They steal from you, out of the save. 300 euro is gone. They make up a whole show but its common that they steal from you. You can see the other reactions. Dont ever book a room here. You will regret it.

A receptionist who gives you the impression of bothering him and who also has a disrespectful attitude! Teide and Teide 2 being the same hotel just an annex Cardboard wall (you hear your neighbor going to the toilet/vomiting etc.)

Do not book here!!!!!! We thought we were planning a nice girlfriends holiday. The hotel is nice and close to the ***** so you would think it would be perfect. After 1 night we noticed that someone was stealing from our room. We had a lot of cash with us, because almost everything here has to be paid for in cash. The rooms had been cleaned and money appeared to be gone. I reported this to the reception and was told almost immediately "it's your own fault because you have to use the safe." The safe that they have themselves and where you have to set your own code, is safe according to them. They also claim that they really can't get in, and not all valuables fit in the small safe. So the hotel doesn't do anything about it because it can't be proven, shortly afterwards the entire cleaning team was at the reception and they were discussing it in Spanish, while they kept looking at me. So there's a good chance that it was about what I had just discussed with the receptionist, because there was no manager present. I'll go back tomorrow for a talk with the manager. Good advice, it's not worth it, so please find another hotel to prevent this.

Structure dated but recently repainted and evident signs of renovation, to be a 2 star a surprise. Good cleaning of the rooms and common areas, good buffet breakfast and free wi fi. Staff courteous and helpful. Excellent location, really 2 steps from the beach and the bus stop for both the airport and the center. For a w.e. excellent low cost solution. Advise

Le personnel est adorable. Réservation de dernière minute suite à l annulation de notre vol retour nous avons pu récupérer les chambres vers midi afin de dormir enfin. Hotel très propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons dormi dans l annexe sans doute plus calme que le bâtiment principal.
