Le Petit Molière

Absolutely superb The only issue was that we was only staying one night. Cannot recommend this enough. Owners are charming & nothing is too much trouble. We pre ordered an evening meal, which was delicious. Breakfast was excellent too When we travel through France again, we will definitely come back

The owner was very welcoming and helpful, the room perfectly comfortable, bathroom great, (need shampoo), the garden and pool gorgeous, a top place to recommend and stay. Great breakfast, my only regret is not to have been able to stay longer, but there is always a next time.

Excellent stay Such lovely people

Such a beautifully restored gem in a typical French village! Every room is tastefully furnished with antiques and provides the modern amenities one still likes to have ( I.e. modern bath, coffee maker) Nicola and Gwen are very kind hosts, served a wonderful breakfast with everything you hope for in France, the fresh croissants, baguette and much more. We met some nice other guests at breakfast and got good travel tips from them and Gwen. A true B&B , quaint, great house and grounds and all at a very affordable price. Can’t wait to stop there again on our next visit to the South of France!

If you want to experience French village life combined with perfect hospitality in a beautifully restored french home then le petit Molière is for you. Just 20mins from Beziers airport by car. Nicola and Gwen run the most exquisite B&B in the heart of a typical french village. Their house is renovated to a perfect, authentic standard, with no detail left out. The bedrooms are kept cool and if not fans are available in the room. The comfortable beds are adorned with crisp white linen and sumptuous pillows. A tea/coffee station is provided in the room also. There is also a good quality hairdryer provided. En-suite bathrooms are also spotless with spacious showers and fluffy towels provided. There are delicious french breakfasts provided and eaten outside in their shady garden and incredible evening meals (should you wish), cooked by Gwen. Lazy days can be spent by the pool at the end of the garden and you can lay here and smell the lavender which surrounds. Drinks can be provided from their excellent wine/beer cellar at anytime of day on request. From this base you are free to travel to local towns and beaches all within a 20min drive. Béziers town is a must with its beautiful architecture and Unesco site of 9 locks along the canal and of course the shops and bars. Pézenas is a smaller town but worth visiting again for its French culture and markets. The beauty of staying here is exacerbated by the welcome and attention to detail and wealth of local knowledge provided by Nicola and Gwen who are the perfect hosts anticipating your needs before you do. We returned from our visit feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. We will definitely and cannot wait to return! Thank you. It was perfection

Having stopped at Le Petit Moliere last year we knew all about this little gem of a place and once again we had an absolutely fabulous time. Thank you to Nicola & Gwen - we can’t recommend this lovely place highly enough.
