We stay from 30/Dez to 3/Jan and room service is not available, dishes and food residues are spread over the corridors (for more than 2 consecutive days), bad breakfast, with second-line items and winners in buffet .....a danger to children. When complaining, it seemed to be the wrong thing I was.... bad care and bad people with bad will to work. Hotel management informed, received all the photos and did nothing. Our room had a problem in the vessel and there was no one to clean up in the weekend!!!!!! absurd. Old, dirty hotel from the lift, windows, bathrooms - there is no room and cleaning because they do not - dirty swimming pool without maintenance with ducks dirt for several days there (not the one to use) ... broken gym equipment, finally. Don't host there, it's the worst I've ever been.
