Very disappointing. Right from the start, when I arrived there was about 8 steps to negotiate from car park to reception, usually pretty easy but I had 3 bags to take up these steps. I would not usually complain but I am 78 years old and there were 3 staff in reception and not one offered to help. Pretty poor first impression.The rooms were fairly ordinary Wi-Fi unreliable and apart from one staff member the others were not generally interested.Just to make our departure as memorable as our arrival the reception tried to charge us for our accommodation which had been prepaid weeks prior. After much discussion and quite heated response from this certain staff member he eventually found in the billing column of our invoice 'Amount owing ' Nothing. To say that we were glad to leave would be an understatement.

Estremamente soddisfatto. Ampio park, camera pulita e ben attrezzata, buona colazione, disponibilità e gentilezza dello staff. Ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità. Lo consiglio vivamente per qualsiasi tipo di soggiorno (turistico, affari, pernottamento adiacente Austostrada).

Soggiorno eccellente , un esempio ideale di come si dovrebbero accogliere e coccolare le persone in una struttura ricettiva. Ristorante di qualità assoluta, complimenti e grazie. Un hotel che sicuramente ,alla prossima occasione , terremo in considerazione per soggiornare.

Siamo partiti dalla Toscana per arrivare in Sicilia e abbiamo deciso di fare tappa al Magic Hotel soprattutto per l’ottima posizione che ci avrebbe permesso di riprendere il viaggio restando sul percorso stabilito. È stata una piacevole tappa. Le stanze pulite e il personale molto gentile e professionale. Il ristorante dell’albergo è stata un’altra bella sorpresa, molto curato nei dettagli, personale molto professionale e gentile e piatti molto buoni e ben serviti.

Poche parole per descrivere un hotel di cui noi abbiamo usufruito solo per una notte per spezzare il viaggio verso la Calabria, ma che ha lasciato il segno soprattutto per l'ottimo ristorante di pesce assolutamente da provare. Camere spaziose e con tutto il necessario... A presto...

Il personale.dell'albergo e del ristorante è molto gentile e disponibile. Mi spiace però segnalare che il prezzo delle camere non è assolutamente adeguato al livello della.struttura sia per la posizione e gli affacci sia per gli arredi delle camere e dimensione delle stesse. Il ristorante è molto buono, il menù è vario e di qualità. Consiglio solamente il ristorante; per l'albergo a mio parere i prezzi sono troppo elevati.

Hotel pulito,camera quadrupla molto spaziosa divisa in due ambienti, ottima colazione e poi il punto di diamante é il ristorante che offre anche la possibilità di un’ottima pizza e ottimi dolci, soprattutto il tortino al limone col cuore morbido. Personale gentile e sorridente, lo consiglio.
