Ibis Budget Pau Lescar

Good welcome, but electrical outlet out of the wall and dangling, shower tap broken and difficult to adjust, no shower exit mat so risk of falling, bunk bed very hard and impossible to sleep. To be corrected for the next stopovers.

An Ibis Budget that stands out from the crowd. Spacious room, real bathroom. Friendly staff, ample parking, good breakfast. Well located.

Hotel to avoid, (August 7 to 9, 2023 in the morning) No shower mat, no hairdryer, bunk bed above and across the entire width of the parental bed, the stairs to the bunk bed on the side did not have their place at the bedside table. Poor quality bedding, flat and hard mattress, I didn't sleep the first night. Shower and toilets, correct. I do not recommend this hotel.

As much as I avoid the ibis budget Merignac, I praise this ibis budget Pau Bilaa Lescar... everything is the opposite of its namesake in Bordeaux. Friendly welcome…spacious room, breakfast more garnished, for example, with fresh fruit and a large choice of jam with filled jars. I am delighted with the stay... the hotel is 8 minutes flat from a superb shopping center called Quartier Libre and from the Carrefour center. The hotel is quite far from the city center... the coffee machines and sweets only accept cash... you can find beef bourguignon or colin alaska to be heated in self-service microwave for 5 euros as a repair… not bad

We had made the reservation since May at an acceptable price. After almost a thousand km and a whole day of travel we arrived at the hotel around 10:00 pm +/-. At that time the reception is already closed and you are forced to CHECK-IN ONLINE. No problem, we do it, you provide us with an access code, which is the same to access the establishment and the room. First access passed, we have accessed the hotel, we go up to the room and the access code gives an error, we try again and the same thing. Impossible to access. At the entrance there was a sign with a telephone number that said for emergencies only. No one answers, more than 10 call attempts in an hour. Total desperation, it is after 11:00 p.m. and we cannot go to sleep in the room we had paid for. I try to talk to the police, and they themselves ask me for my phone number to try. The answer is the same, no one answers the calls, and there is little else they can do. A little after midnight, tired and frustrated, we decided to get back in the car and look for another hotel nearby. We found it, they asked me for €100 for the three of them. At 1 in the morning we were already in the new room. The next morning I return to the aforementioned hotel and ask to speak to the person in charge. The only solution it offers me is a refund (at this time, 5 days later the money has not arrived in my account). As an anecdote, the person in charge of the hotel where we spent the night told us that it is not the first time that they have received clients from that hotel (Ibis Budget Pau Bilaa Lescar) with the same access problem. Happy Holidays, and remember that Ibis Budget Pau Bilaa Lescar is not a good option.

Reserva online y llegamos más tarde de la hora de recepción. Sin problema en la máquina sacamos el ticket con nuestra habitación y clave. Camas muy cómodas y habitaciones con todo lo necesario. Desayuno 100% recomendable. Buen precio. Repetiremos seguro.

Le séjour dans cet hôtel a été plutôt une bonne surprise vu le prix. Chambre et salle de bains propres, lit et couette corrects, accueil professionnel, petit déjeuner très copieux. Situé en périphérie de Lescar et non loin de l’autoroute, facilement accessible et il y a un grand parking. Distributeurs de boissons et de quelques en cas et quelques plats cuisinés (micro ondes à côté du distributeur).

L'excellence de cet établissement à coût pourtant mesuré le place nettement au-dessus du Novotel Perpignan Rivesaltes où j'ai séjourné il y a deux mois à peine. Propreté clinique, disponibilité et discrétion du personnel qui veille en permanence à ce que tout soit parfait. Félicitations !
