Excellent location, friendly staff. Lots of choice for breakfast.

The environment of the hotel is very good. There are many different birds and monkeys running around the beach. The ecology is very good. However, Ctrip's order was really depressing. I started to book for two days. The average room was a double bed, and then it was a large bed with two small beds. Then I ordered a luxurious double bed room two days later. The hotel informed me that I had previously stayed in a deluxe double room. Communication was invalid for many times, and Ctrip did not solve any problems. The final result was that the hotel I stayed in the next two days was a glass of the hotel price of the previous two days, and we still stayed the same. Room, I will not choose Ctrip again.

I like the hotel environment very much. There are not many people and it is relatively quiet. If you like liveliness, you can consider other hotels, but the busiest place is right outside the hotel. The hotel staff are all super nice However, the hotel is relatively old, very old, it seems to have been built in 1990, and the facilities are average.

We had an amazing stay in Gambia. The Hotel is modern and novel, but still with lots of african art ornaments decorated. It was very clean everywhere! We felt very comfortable in our apartment. We missed nothing. We were amazed about the attentive and friendly staff and also about the service at beach. We enjoyed especially the african music in the evening which played two times a week. Not far from the hotel are shops where can buy the local products. In Serekunda are nice bars and clubs which is reachable by taxi in a few minutes. It's possible to book trips in the hotel. We did the Senegal Safari and the makasutu forest tour which was very nice. I went also to Banjul which was very nice and authentic. We highly recommend this Hotel and would love to come back again.
