Saul and all his staff are fantastic known them over 30 years and always polite eager to please. Service amazing. Food fantastic thanks for making our stay so great see you November your bungalows are super lovely surroundings brilliant pool and food and drink very reasonable

My wife and I stayed 5 nights, arriving at 6PM by taxi(E20) from BJL Airport. The pleasant English speaking receptionist copied our passports and gave us the choice of cash payments; in Euros now, or tomorrow, Gambian dalasi by using the African Princess Hotel ATM(1km SW). We followed the manager(carrying our bag) 75m down the walkway to our “Mandorry” 2 bed bungalow with a limited view of the sea. He showed us the nice bathroom with a shower stall, large living room with a small kitchen(nice refrigerator, microwave and hotpot), the floor fan, the large bedroom with a firm queen, small closet and how to control the very important AC. The new TV had CNN/BBC in English and the room wifi was good most of the time. The rooms were serviced daily. We did not use the 2nd bedroom. The next day we presented a list to the office; brighter light in the main room, missing a drying rack and the mosquito net over the bed, the latter never arrived. Day beach beds are made up by the staff with towel rental available. A parade of vendors stroll along the front at a required distance. A large pool in the back can be a joy to use in the morning while in the afternoon it depends on the number of kids. The restaurant provides great food served by an attentive staff along with pleasant music. The property electricity does blip off occasionally. We walked 1.4km south to the wonderful Maroun’s supermarket with a full supply of European brands.

I have returned, having been last March and November soo lucky to have got in A beach front location, spacious, clean,comfortable bungalows mine with a sea view !! Competitively priced Food is fantastic and well priced,beer really cold a huge plus for me Good mix of Dutch and English guests Very friendly welcoming place to say Once you have been, guarantee you will return

Kunta Kinteh beach bar and restaurant is veranderd van naam, maar alles is nog net zo fijn als voorheen. Gratis sunbeds (D300 deposit die je terugkrijgt bij besteding vanaf D300), goede kwaliteit voedsel en drinken voor schappelijke prijzen. Prima voor een mooie dag aan het strand! We komen hier al jaren en het valt nooit tegen.

As the name suggests, it's right on the beach. The complex is very clean. The rooms are spread across one- or two-unit bungalows. Each room has a relatively large terrace. Each room has a small kitchen with a small stove, kettle, refrigerator, and microwave. The beach and restaurant are just a few meters away. There's also a pool, which can serve as an alternative if the surf is too strong.

Very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Our lodge accommodated six people. They came to clean it every morning. The restaurant was very decent, and the service was generally very friendly. The pool was quite chlorinated, but everything was very clean.

An amount agreed per day, was increased by 10€ per day, despite confirmation. No clear explanation, No WiFi, despite promise that it would be arranged every day. Large signs with Free WiFi, but unfortunately, sometimes you had WiFi at the wall of the restaurant. Food was delicious, also always busy in the restaurant. Bungalows are spacious, clean, there were some problems with a water pipe / tap but was neatly solved by a new tap. Garden well maintained. It is always busy there, so people appreciate this accommodation.

We enjoyed a pleasant stay in a beachfront bungalow. The location was excellent, although the restaurant could be better. The accommodation was reasonably priced. The evening entertainment was friendly every night. The breakfast and restaurant were both reasonably priced.

Restaurant right on the beach with very friendly staff. Fresh fish and local dishes every day. We ate spicy chicken wings with garlic bread and a pizza sea food both tasted excellent, definitely worth it, total 990D with drinks.
