No information received and especially no one for the reception on the day of arrival, key given by the very nice guard but no additional information by the manager afterwards. Restaurant closed during the entire stay, Bar open sometimes and especially without a fixed schedule, no water in the pool on arrival on October 27, 2021 and this until November 7, 2021. Badly cleaned apar**ents, dust everywhere, cobwebs, kitchen never cleaned except washing the floor, Sofa very uncomfortable and full of dust, only positive point is the quality of the mattress. The hotel was not ready to welcome people, construction work everywhere, dirt everywhere and a receptionist not up to welcoming people and above all not informing people of the condition or apologies for all the inconveniences
