Luogo bellissimo, uno dei posti più belli di Ischia. Sant’Angelo si conferma essere un piccolo paradiso, il Borgo Romantica accoglie nel suo verde e con le sue meravigliose piscine termali. Parco bellissimo e ben tenuto. Tutto molto pulito e curato. Le stanze sono giuste. Rispetto all’insieme sono sicuramente la parte meno entusiasmante, non manca niente, ma hanno un aspetto un po’ vuoto. È pur vero che si vive molto il fuori ma voler approfittare della meravigliosa arte delle ceramiche, con un po’ di colore o di carattere in più sarebbe sicuramente più piacevole entrarci, tuttavia non ci è mancato niente e ne siamo soddisfatti. Non abbiamo mangiato in loco volendo girare l’isola, abbiamo fatto solo la colazione che non è stata soddisfacente, purtroppo per noi abbiamo incontrato gruppi non educatissimi, già rumorosi alle terme, che, oltretutto, facevano “la spesa” non curandosi minimamente dell’arrivo a colazione di altri ospiti. Per ben due mattine abbiamo trovato poco o niente e una mattina siamo andati al bar. Questo certo non è responsabilità della struttura però è pur vero che chiedere di non saccheggiare il buffet o, comunque, avere cibo a sufficienza per tutti in casi estremi come questi, dovrebbe essere un loro carico. A parte questo piccolo episodio che sono certa essere stato un caso, sono tutti gentilissimi e attentissimi. Per questo mi dispiaccio ancora di più. Merita comunque il massimo dei voti perché è veramente un bel borgo. Da tornarci sperando in incontri meno “memorabili”. In ogni caso lo consiglio vivamente.

Coming from a period of work and personal stress, I found everything I could wish for in this simple family-run structure with a warm and attentive welcome to guests by all the staff. I appreciated the lack of TV in the room, it brought me back to appreciating a good read or relaxing on the terrace with a breathtaking view of the bay. The excellent dishes are among the best I have tasted during my stay on the island... I only used the electric shuttle upon arrival with my luggage and then I enjoyed the walks to get to the guesthouse which were up and down but with small handrails and a view of the sea. For me, holidays are made up of simple and genuine things that bring me into contact with nature and the reflections that we lose every day. Thank you Carmen
