Hotel Fazenda Vale da Cachoeira

Very good place for those who want to rest and enjoy nature. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. Accommodations: Rooms are very bright and clean. It has a balcony, with a bench to sit and enjoy nature. Food: The food is simple, with a variety of salads. But there could be more variety in hot dishes and desserts. Some days it left something to be desired.

The hotel has incredible potential to be rated 10, so it needs to improve the following aspects: the room needs a mirror and more places to put your bags. In the bathroom, there is a need for more places to hang towels and clothes. If you want a hairdryer, you need to go to reception to get it and then return it (as I was informed that there is only one piece of equipment available). The towels were extremely worn (fraying). The food (coffee and meals) is good, but could be improved a lot (tenderer meats, more variety of salads and more dishes with meat-free options). Positive points: extremely attentive staff, clean room and attractions such as waterfall and fishing lake). My intention is not to denigrate the hotel, but to help it become a place that provides a wonderful experience, because as I said, it has the potential to do so. These are simple improvements to make in my opinion.

Farm hotel with lots of trees, river and waterfall and lots of birds. Comfortable accommodation according to the photos. With full board and everything delicious. I spent Christmas with my family and they had a great dinner and the arrival of Santa Claus was a wonderful surprise. Everything prepared with care to please guests. Two things I didn't like: lots of chipped dishes and lots of dogs. The hotel accepts pets, but not all pets collect their waste and there is urine and dirt in some places... a shame. Apart from the barking in the rooms...

Wonderful food, very friendly and helpful staff. Very well maintained green area. Clean room. A good place to relax. Nothing to complain about, everything was wonderful. Lots of fun!!!

The place has a fishing lake where the fish literally jump into your hand, sport fishing 5.00. It has a beautiful waterfall with a swing, two excellent swimming pools, a games room with ping pong, foosball, tennis, a volleyball court, basketball and similar facilities and a children's playground. The service from the staff there is remarkable, 1,000 employees are very attentive, helpful, despite all meals being included, drinks paid separately, portions and the like have a super fair price and the drinks they make in the cafeteria are wonderful and well served, try the Sakerinha ice cream. Restaurant service, the staff is 1,000 strong and the food is very good too. Spectacular team! We hope to return soon!

We spent the last weekend at the Hotel Vale da Cachoeira, on their social media page it talks about themed dinners, live music, inflatable toys, marshmallows on the fire, petit cheff, caipirinha tournament, treasure hunt and lively bingo, we just had live music on Saturday because there was a June festival, the breakfast could have been more elaborate, with more options, it left a lot to be desired for a farm hotel breakfast, dinner had one day when they served practically raw rice, the rooms They are noisy, we hear everything that is said in the next room, people walking around, the bed and pillows are not comfortable. The hotel's structure is great, but they need to improve the entertainment with the children, the parents who went to rest had no peace because the monitors didn't interact, there was no program to entertain the children, the parents had to do their best to entertain the children , at the June festival there were only cakes and popcorn, the cakes that were not eaten at the June festival were at breakfast the next day. I chose Vale da Cachoeira based on previous reviews, but unfortunately the weekend I was there was pretty bad, for the price we paid it could have been much better.
