Excelente atendimento do Kevin, Batista e família. Pousada bonita e bem localizada. Todos os nossos pedidos foram atendidos com excelência, seja dicas de transporte, lanchonete e principalmente o café da manhã que nos serviram fora do horário devido a uma necessidade de sair mais cedo da pousada. Parabéns e espero retornar em breve

Atendimento muito bom, staff educado, agradável. O que faltou na Acomodação Gold 3: Um pequeno armário ou estante, para colocar roupas e acessórios pessoais. Tudo tem que ficar no chão. Mas, no geral, é um agradável espaço, principalmente para descansar. Ótima piscina, ótima refeições e muito verde nos arredores.

Adoramos nossa estadia. Pessoal todos bem atenciosos. O quarto bom cama ótima café bom, silencio natureza exuberante. Detalhe só poderia estar aberto sem ter que pagar a sauna. Outra coisa o ofuro, deveria ficar aberto até as 22:00hs. Boa estadia.

Acomodações simples (ficamos na suíte Gold 2), mas que atendem à demanda. Fica em bairro afastado, mas não tão distante do centro. Atendimento personalizado, desde a recepção feita pelo Kevin, até o café da manhã preparado com capricho pela Eliane. Bom custo benefício. Aspecto interessante: como a recepção fecha às 18h00, além do cartão eletrônico de acesso ao apartamento, você fica com o controle remoto do portão, o que proporciona liberdade para regressar dos passeios.

Ótima localização, esta a 10minutos do centro de Serra Negra, limpeza e atendimento nota 10, ótimos drinks no bar da piscina. Estrutura completa para um fim de semana de paz e sossego. Tanto piscina coberta quando externa são ótimas. Ja fomos 2x e com certeza iremos voltar.

Lugar excelente e aconchegante, ideal para um descanso a dois ou em família, atendimento perfeito e com ótima estrutura, café da manhã divino e acomodações perfeitas. A opção de chalé é ótima para um casal, quartos limpos, organizados e completos, com direito a frigobar rsrs. Ótima experiência.
