The apartment 403 is very wide, has a King's double bed, very comfortable, the towels were exchanged every day as well as cleaning the apartment was done. The bathroom is large, the shower is excellent and the towels were exchanged every day (5). The day I arrived I realized the hair dryer was not working, I warned the reception and the next day they put a new kid. My check-in was very pleasant with very careful receptionists. I would note 8 for the unique breakfast and exclusively because I didn't find the fresh breads except cheese bread, very tasty! I also thought the repair of items was quick, perfectly in line with demand. I know that it is possible to ask for meals, even soups, but I didn't use this service. The hotel has a large academy and pool with chairs. The fridgebar has always been overwhelmed with water, beer and cooling, as well as potato chips, cereals, peanuts and chocolates. I'm sure to recommend this hotel.

First of all we want (my wife and I) to thank you for the hospitality – since our arrival, the exit - with which we were received by the Team (Reception, Restaurant, Bars, ...) of Hotel Nobile Suites Diamond Hotel Victoria. Thank you! However, our disappointment with regard to the facilities is also recorded, and the feeling is that they have made a “small” pull in the upper floor (which has no lift access) with low-cost/quality materials. The doors that gave access to the room balcony were still dirty of gips, with difficulty opening in the funeral of the dirt. These points deprive the image of the hotel and the service of the staff. The maximum point of “deception” was to receive literally scrapped towels, shoved ... Very sad ... Please note that all these points were reported to the Co-operators directly (presently) of the Saturday night round (04/06/2022) and Sunday morning round (05/06/2022). I hope that this will help the new guests not pass the same unpleasant experience we have.

The hotel is excellent! Well cozy, very good couple bed, the acoustic of the room is top, a shower with wonderful water outlet, hotel is top, recommended! It's the second time I stay and I'll probably stay others. But for the excellent infrastructure of the hotel, I didn't find breakfast proportional to your infrastructure, it's good, but I could have more options like, for example, juices and breads that are limited, but taking it all perfect!

Hotel location is good a short walk to the beaches, shopping centre and local bars. There is a good supermarket 2 mins walk away. Room was large and newly decorated, shower was one of the best ever in a hotel room! New web enabled TV with Netflix etc. Included breakfast had a large selection of hot and cold dishes and was a great start to the day. Bar was reasonably priced and all the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. A great stay, can't wait to stay again :)

O hotel necessita de obras para corrigir alguns problemas que dificultam a qualidade da hospedagem. As janelas não apresentam qualquer tipo de vedação acústica, fica em frente a uma avenida a beira mar bastante movimentada, com o ruído dos carros dificultando a qualidade do sono. Pela janela do banheiro, entra o barulho dos demais banheiros de outros quartos, o que é muito dagradável, pois se escuta as intimidades de outros hóspedes. Havia duas mulheres em um quarto, que chegavam tarde da noite, tomavam banho e conversavam alto atrapalhando o meu sono. No meu banheiro também havia problema com a ducha higiênica que que vazava e a tampa do vaso sanitário estava totalmente solta. A parte mais terrível e que a cama são duas camas de solteiro juntas, de maneira que você cai no meio dos dois colchões. Isso dificultou o sono e me deu dor na coluna. O café da manhã e variado e farto, com muitas opções, inclusive opção para as pessoas intolerante a lactose. Frutas, pães, sucos, ovos, tortas, bolos, enfim, tudo muito bom. Nesse item, parabenizo o hotel. Os empregados são gentis, prestativos e muito educados.

Wi-Fi não funcionou, mesmo reclamando várias pessoas. Água fria do choveiro, não consegue esquentar por nada. A mesma reclamação de diversos hóspedes de outros quartos. Telefone não funcionava e quando precisava falar com recepção tinha que descer pra ir lá. Ar condicionado antigo e não gela o quarto todo. E não oferece lanche pra vendas como em demais hotéis. Quem chega com fome depois de meia noite, vai ficar com fome.
