"The hotel is very nice and in an ideal location. Everything is fine except the redneck of employees. We have booked accommodation for a whole month for crazy money. At the same time, every day the hotel tried to strip money for something extra. Children's breakfast separately or extra bed. There are no particular complaints, but the administration did not show loyalty with a long and very expensive placement"

"Wow, where to begin. My husband and I brought our 3 year old to Mallorca after moving half way across the world. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas.  I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is. "First-line sea view, nice town, the coastal beach at the door stretches all the way to Palmanova, the town environment is good, it is off-season, there are a lot of people, the first row of seaside are restaurants, nearby supermarkets are not far, walking distance, convenient Yes."

"Booked the trip as a friend duo and we really enjoyed this hotel! It’s in a little town in the side of the mountains, on the left of the island which is the perfect place to kick back and relax. The location is good if you want to do nothing but chill and eat at the authentic restaurants but if you want more to do, this area may not be for you. Hotel staff were so welcoming and accommodating, I couldn’t recommend it enough :)"

"It was so good! It was a dreamlike hotel. Because it's an annex, I have to walk to the swimming pool and breakfast, but the road is so beautiful, so it's another pleasure The staff were so friendly and the service was good 👍🏻 If I go to Palma again, I'll go again. I recommend having breakfast and spending a long time at the hotel."

"Hotel location is very good, two minutes to the beach. There are swimming pools both indoor and outdoor. You can make a simple breakfast by yourself. It is an apartment. Facing the sea is very nice, and the car stops by the road. The living room sofa can sleep two people"

"We had a lovely stay for our anniversary. The staff were so lovely and made us feel special from the moment we walked through. The room, reception and outside area were clean and in excellent condition. We honestly would have been happy to just stay in the hotel by the pool. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby which helped and great buses into Palma and the airport made our stay convenient. We would highly recommend."
