"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) My family (4 people) stayed at Grand Zuri BSD City from 8 to 9 July 2025, during the major flood in South Tangerang. We arrived well past midnight, completely exhausted from the situation, but the reception staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The check-in process was smooth and fast, even at that late hour, with no issues whatsoever — something we deeply appreciated. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and neat. All in-room facilities were in excellent condition, including complete amenities and reliable Wi-Fi. Despite the difficult circumstances outside, we felt safe and well taken care of inside the hotel. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options — a great way to start the day. Throughout the stay, the friendly and professional staff made sure we felt supported, which really made our short stay memorable during those challenging two days. I would highly recommend Grand Zuri BSD City to my friends, family, and acquaintances — not only for the quality of the hotel but especially for the exceptional hospitality and service in times of need."

"The hotel stay was ok, the hotel is a little jaded and during the stay the room besides was making lots of noises till 4am.. have to go down to the reception to get them to assist. Didnt have good rest there. Reception during that time wasnt that friendly or shown any concerns. Overall still giving a good rating since the day reception staff were good and friendly."

"I recently stayed at Swiss-Belcourt Serpong in their Deluxe Double Room for one night. Overall, the experience had its highs and lows. Pros: • The Android TV was a great feature, allowing easy access to streaming apps. • The room itself was spacious, providing plenty of comfort. • The buffet breakfast was decent, with a variety of options to start the day. Cons: • The hotel is located right next to a train rail, so the noise from passing trains was quite frequent and disruptive. • The toilet floor design was problematic. Water didn’t drain properly, resulting in small puddles that made the bathroom floor wet and uncomfortable. While the room and amenities were good, the noise and bathroom issues were disappointing. It’s worth considering if you don’t mind train noise and can overlook the bathroom flaw."

"The hotel located next to Teraskota Mall. You can just walk there. It is also nit very far from ICE and AEON BSD. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable too. However, the toilet doesn’t have bidet but it is fine with me. One more thing I like about this hotel is, you don’t need universal adapter plug as their plug can suit Malaysian plug. Surely will stay here again if I come to BSD city next time."

"room is spacious, and staffs are all well mannered. only request to the hotel is about the breakfast. I could see lots of small flies on the dinings at breakfast, on fruits, meats .. then I lost my appetite immediately .. need to do some pest control at breakfast, and I also want the hotel to have proper guide line for the venue for the breakfast, they said 1F or 6F , then it needs to be properly informed based on the plan to the guest accordingly."
