I wanted to express my gratitude for the fantastic experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. As a solo business traveler, everything was perfect for my conference. The room was cozy and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the balcony with a stunning sea view. The desk in my room allowed me to work efficiently while traveling. we stayed at the masmavi as a base for a golfing holiday the past 8 days. Check in was easy and we were taken on a buggy to our room which was a lagoon ground floor 2 bedroom and given a brief tour of the grounds on the way which was nice the hotel in itself is good, the grounds are spotless, the pools are very nice and clean and the staff are polite. the Entertainment also cant be faulted at all for the effort thats put in but there are definitely things that dont make it 5 star the buffet food is the same nearly every night and for everyone who says its excellent i suggest trying to stay in a better brand of hotel, we tried the flavour a la carte and that was just ok, i would try the spaghetti over the lamb shank. We tried the steak house which you have to pay extra for and were told that the Tbone was not available but they would give us the fillet at the same price. thinking that was a great deal we ordered it to find that not all the steak was fillet we ended up twice eating in belek town which is really not what should happen when you are all inclusive the alcoholic drinks are watered down massively, more so than any hotel ive ever been at. we drank at the chill out bar and the pool bar every night and neither the beer or spirits had any effect on any of us. we were told by one of the entertainment team that they do it for all drinks that are not premium..... in the end it was a great time because of our own company but when we return to turkey in the coming years we wont be staying here.

I have visited Turkey 3 times now, the last 2 times to different places but due to the pandemic they were closed so I selected the IQ Belek as it was all inclusive and as a solo female traveller it's generally better to be in this style resort. I arrived late at night, staff are in reception 24 7 so there was no issues. Lots of staff speak some English which was fabulous. I never expect anyone outside of England to speak English so this was a bonus. I was shown to my room and shown how to use my key card and the Aircon, which was a definite plus! It's an absolute essential, it's effective and nice and quiet too. The room, large real king-size bed, not twins stuck together. Lovely clean bedding and firm pillows. As is the tradition, there were thick cotton weaved blankets, trust me you don't need anything more, it's warm enough no duvet is required and once you find your ideal Aircon setting it's more than adequate. Bed was very comfortable and the curtains nice and thick so no light leaks. There is a mini fridge in the room and water is put in it every day for you. I selected what was described as a double for solo use, it was well sized with a little balcony that looked out over the amusement park behind. The bathroom was good, shower has a main shower head overhead and a shower attachment too. Ideal if you don't want a full on soaking. Toiletries provided in the room included soap, shower cap, shampoo conditioner and shower gel. Plenty of towels, 2 large bathsheets, 2 lare hand/hair towels and 2 smaller hand towels and slippers in a netted bag for use too. I was given a towel card, this is exchanged at the spa for a large blue beach/ pool towel. You can change them as you wish in the spa so if you want a fresh towel you just go to the spa and swap it for a clean towel. I visited the spa twice while I was there. Once for a Turkish foam massage and face massage and then again for a face shoulder massage and foot massage. Definitely an experience!! I slept like a log afterwards and my skin squeaked I was so clean! The cleaning staff visit every day and empty the bins and replenish any toiletries and remake your bed and give the room a sweep and wipe through. If you leave towels on the floor they are replaced. The room was fully cleaned a few times which on top of regular daily visits I think is more than enough. They visit around 11-1 each day. The restaurant exceeded my expectations. I visited out of season but it still provided a full service each meal time. Due to covid staff fill your plates for you with your selections. Breakfast has a mix of hot foods, some days including scrambled eggs, toasties, sausage mix, and then cold platters of cheeses meats and breads along with cereals and fruit. Lunch had a selection of around 6 hot dishes with accompanying rice and pasta and potato dishes, a full salad bar with dips and oils and sauces, fruits and then the most amazing cake bar I've ever seen. We spent a beautiful stay in the villa for 2/3 people, very restful and comfortable. Very secure too. The villas are really extraordinary as on the photos. The dream! Well maintained and all equipped. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, and is located in the heart of the city. There are also some shops next to 400m to make your races. Go closed your eyes, with guaranteed in a luxury place.

We stayed here on route to our main holiday as we were all inclusive 5 star but booked direct with hotel. As flight arrived early hours of morning we stayed here for a few hours sleep to then move on to main hotel. It was only £32 for 3 people and was more than adequate. A guy there even offered to taxi us to our main hotel for a small fee 7 euros. This meant we arrived fresh at 9 am at our venue ready to start the all inclusive. Clean room , air con. Basic English speaking and 24 hour reception to greet us early morning when arrived. Will use again.
