We went for a family vacation with two young girls for 4 days in August 2024 Very nice, luxurious resort The staff are very hospitable and cooperative The pools are wonderful especially the main pool. The food is excellent and delicious. Daily grill station at dinner in the main restaurant. The blue bar, the black bar,the beach bar and the bar on the pier have wonderful scenaries to enjoy and feel the utmost rest and luxury. The room ( superior room , garden view) was wide enough. The minibar is replenished daily. They are thinking the minor details like replenishing tooth brushes and the razors and providing the children with their own shower kits. Cleanliness is at high levels in the rooms and at the pools. Kids club is available In brief, we had a very nice memorable vacation.

On first impressions, I was disappointed; this definitely is not a 4-star hotel, however as this was a family holiday the facilities were suitable for us and the children, the room was clean and bright, we had a side sea view. The food was average, but we love salad, and the range was wide, so were satisified - the outdoor grill was tasty as was the beach snack bar. The decor feels dated, I think this would have been a high end hotel back in the 1990's maybe but it is need of some modernisation, in my opinion. Most staff were friendly and welcoming; however, some of the younger male staff serving on the bars were very rude-'beer' in English is not disimilar to 'Bira' in Turkish yet they would feign ignorance and repeat 'Bira' in a condescending tone—unnecessary and ignorant behaviour. There was a lady who worked in the dessert bar who just loved our children, she would give my son extra scoops and make him feel very special. Hosain the lifeguard was really friendly (I think he wanted to matty my sister in -law) and the entertainment team were brilliant too, especially the main guy who kept calling us 'England' and 'Mr Hansdome' hahaha; they made us feel very welcomed. The children's entertainment was also good however the music was not to our taste and catered to the majority of guests (Russian) which is to be expected. Although there were language barriers, most of the guests were friendly too and they really loved the hotel. Many were from Russia or Turkey and returning guests, so if you are from these regions you may love it but I doubt English families would feel the same. Although we wouldn't return due to our personal standards, it was a lovely holiday, and the children had a great time, so in all, it was a success.

Overall enjoyable holiday however an honest English Review on all aspects of Aquaworld & Belek travelling as a family with an 11 year old: Hotel: The hotel is wonderful. It is very modern, well kept and looked after, very eco and environmentally friendly. Has a lovely 1500m walking track around and through the hotel grounds which is enjoyable. It is recommended to do this early on in the holiday as it really does help you get your bearings. Hotel staff: The staff were hit and miss in my personal opinion. Always found the bar staff in the day throughout the various outdoor bars and the bar staff of an evening at the evening entertainment arena bar very friendly, bar staff in the lobby bar some not so. Restaurant staff were all great and couldn't do enough for you. Special mention to bar man Emre - credit to the hotel as well as the staff in the Asian A La Carte Restaurant - fantastic service and outstanding food. Also big shout out to the young man round the main pool on the roller blades! Best member of staff at Aquaworld! Guest Services: Reception helpful throughout stay. WARNING the guy Josif who claims he works for on the beach and is a rep is not a very nice man! Try and stay clear. Baring in mind we didn't arrive at the hotel until 3am he rang our phone numerous times from 7.30am when a meeting had already been booked for 10.30am trying to sell us excursions. We decided against the meeting in the morning and rang again in the evening saying we needed to attend as he would tell us our return shuttle. Did no such thing just tried to pressure us into an excursion. Having been to different parts of Turkey my advice would be go into town and book through Belek City Tours much cheaper than the hotels. I was honest with the rep and said we had booked down the town, we then got a mouthful of abuse and he then refused to tell us our pick up transfer time and ignored our whatsapps. STAY CLEAR. If you book with on the beach you can just go online and find your transfer time. Rooms: We upgraded our room to the 2 bedroom room with a garden view. Although quite basic it was perfect for what we needed. Lovely garden views which houses a lot of wildlife as well as beautiful plants, flowers fruit trees along with relaxing music to enjoy whilst winding down on the balcony. Bathroom was a good size with a powerful walk in shower. No toiletries provided - just some hand soap and dove soap in the shower. Only downside is the showers do seem to leave puddles on the floor when finished which leaks from underneath the shower. We had 3 room in our party and all had the same issues. But all in all for somewhere to get ready and sleep it was pleasant enough and very clean. There is a minifridge in the room which only stocks soft drinks and they aren't the best at stocking these up so I just left a note when we were low and they topped up for us. Pools: Pools are brilliant. Very clean, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Main pool is 1.5m all the way round so no s

A small, cute, cozy family hotel. Completely new, modern design, snow-white bed linen, lots of consumables, tea, coffee. I really liked that there was a professional hair dryer in the room. We took a standard room. The reception staff are very nice, they always come to help with any question, Olya is a nice girl who speaks Russian, the owner of the hotel kindly drove us back and forth to the beach. The next day we walked to the beach (45 minutes). When leaving, a free shuttle appeared (to the beach at 10:00, back at 19:00), we did not use it, but it is there. Breakfast is a weak link, but there is a wonderful store 101 nearby. If you want your own car - this is a great location, we had problems with taxis, the hotel is not on the map, mark the market - and then no problem. I repeat, the hotel staff tries very hard and always helps with everything. Wonderful clean pool, you can swim until night, new sun loungers

Booked a hotel for 4 days while in Istanbul. Upon arrival at 6 pm, with a huge smile, I was given a room on the 1st floor with a wildly humming oversized air conditioner at the level of the balcony. Just a nightmare. With my polite refusal, they showed me another room, in another place, also on the 1st floor. Also without a view, which I personally do not need. But what a musty, vile smell it was in it .. Again, he refused. The third room was both smelly and with the same air conditioning, 2 in 1. The reception is trying to explain that the hotel is completely full, it's a real overbooking. I'm angry. I had to spend the night in a room at least without noise, writing to Trip.com. The next day I received a more or less acceptable room, albeit without a view, thanks to the support. Hotel food 4+. You won't leave hungry, but the choice is not like the cool five. The waiters are polite, some of the countries of the former CIS, mostly friendly. They also make guzleme in the morning, in the evening they roast meat on the street, well, nothing like that. The pools are ok, the sunbeds by the pool and on the beach are also good. I won’t say about children’s animation, there is volleyball, animation by the pool is rather weak, but few people need it and it’s not so important. There is ice cream, but it is very unobtrusive, it is difficult to find it, not in sight, and the ice cream man 15 minutes before the “lights out” can lie that it is over. The gym is average, but you can keep fit who knows the features of multifunctional simulators. Outside the gate, there is nowhere to go but the bazaar. Bazaar .. the taste and color .., everything is as usual - consumer goods of Turkish production. Go 1 time for 20 min. As a result, a hotel with insufficient efficiency of the air conditioning system and a very simple design of the rooms. Very tired. If it's cheap, you can play the lottery. If there is something with a good rating 10-15% more expensive, then there is a reason to consider something else.
