Good Hotel for a small getaway

Hotel was not 5 stars at all, rooms were dirty, dusty, mould in bathroom, and limescale. Staff in the reception were rude and the lady who is the “customer service” swearing. Bed sheets had holes in them, the cleaners broke a table and left it in the room for me to carry out (bare in mind these tables aren’t light, and I had my 1 year old daughter with me so also a hazard), remote was dusty, tea station was dusty, beds were dusty, bin was dirty. The food wasn’t great i did eat out due to this, and there was hygiene issues such as flies on the food. I did make multiple complaints about the food and room cleanliness to the lobby staff and wasn’t even given an apology - asked to speak to a manager multiple times to be told I couldn’t. Unfortunately the holiday didn’t live up to my expectations of a “5 star hotel” and I left feeling disappointed, would avoid this place all together. Only positive about this hotel is the entertainment staff who were absolutely amazing.

Hotel over overall was clean and well maintained. There was not a lot of British people there. Mainly German and Russian and Turkish. Hence the reason the food served was not for the British at all. Food out by the pool was great. Baked potatoes were fab. Also served burgers and chips and chicken. There was nothing at all outside the hotel. So very hotel based. You could walk 7 mins or take the hotel courtesy bus down to the beach and the food and drink was also included there and was good. No one really lies on the beach there as all undercover. And the beds could be doing with an upgrade. Entertainment every night in hotel was really quite good. Drink was all cheap brands but ok and cocktails were all dead sweet. Overall hotel was ok and would rate around 7 out of 10

Lovely property, spacious, clean and comfortable room. The drive from Antalya airport was super easy and around 45 mins.
The only things that really let the property down are the fact that all outdoor amenities were closed. Don’t recall reading this on website.
Also, the food is seriously lacking in quality and variety. Seems like same foods represented for breakfast, lunch and supper. Not very appetising choices either.
Staff were lovely and very helpful.
Oh, and if you have an aversion to cats, this is not the place for you - lots of stray cats wandering the outdoor area and often inside restaurant as well.
