I recently had a truly disappointing experience at this horrible hotel ,that I feel compelled to share. We booked a stay expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, it quickly turned into a nightmare.
Our trip was derailed when my daughter fell ill on way to bookin. Understanding the situation, we expected some empathy and flexibility from the hotel management. Instead, we faced a cold refusal to issue a refund for our stay despite our predicament. This lack of compassion and understanding during a stressful time was incredibly disheartening.
I would not recommend this unpleasant hotel anyone looking for hospitality and understanding during tough situations. It’s disappointing to see a business prioritize profit over customer care. Save your money and choose a hotel that values its guests!

Заселили в первый блок около дороги, поэтому шумно. Вай фай в номере, приятно, посмотрела сериал, в 460. Завтрак понравился, бассейн есть, в 10 минутах от «Земли легенд», рядом а101 продуктовый. До пляжа добирались на такси, хороший песчаный пляж и парковая Зона с детской площадкой. На одну ночь было отлично за небольшую плату. Но для более долгого пребывания предпочли бы не слышать шум дороги.

Otel tanıtım videosunda sanki otelden yürüyerek beache gidiliyormuş gibi görünüyor kesinlikle öyle Bi durum söz konusu değil klimasız eski bir minibüsle 5-10 dakikalık yolculukla gidiliyor, broşürde yazdığı gibi 3 tane barı falan yok, sadece havuz başında küçük bi bar, kola ve soda var, içkili herşey dahil içinse bira ve rakı var sanırım, barın yan tarafında self servis çay, kahve, elma ve vişne suyu(sanırım toz içecekten yapılıyor) alabiliyorsunuz. Lobi, restoran ve havuz için restoranın yanında 1 adet tuvalet mevcut, kaydırakların olduğu havuz ve normal havuz 140 cm, kaydıraklı olan 9 m2 ancak vardır ve kaydığınızda poponuz ya da dirsekleriniz zemine şiddetli bir şekilde çarpıyor. Ayrıca kaydıraklı havuzun metal merdivenini zemine sabitleyen vida açıktaydı ve küçük kızımın ayağını kesti, sadece bir tane tentürdiyot şişesi ve 2 adet yara bandı verildi personel tarafından, pansumanı kendim yaptım, saat 16.00 gibi atıştırmalık veriliyor küçük bir borcamın içinde sadece bisküvi, kraker, kuru pasta veriliyor. Herşey dahil konseptini asgari şartlarını sağlamışlar ancak yüksek bir beklentiyle gitmeyin, yemekleri güzel ve çeşitli o konuda sıkıntı yok, personel güler yüzlü, çözüm odaklı, cana yakın. Saydığım olumsuz şartların hepsi telafi ve gözardı edilebilir ancak fotoğraflarda da göründüğü üzere temizlik üstün körü ve özensiz.
