A Wonderful Stay – Truly Deserves 5 Stars! I rarely write reviews, but this time I really wanted to, because reading other people’s experiences helped me a lot when I was choosing a hotel – and this place truly deserves my feedback. Everything about our stay was beautiful and pleasant. The atmosphere was so welcoming, the staff was always kind and helpful, and we felt comfortable from the first day until the last. I would like to say a special thank you to the manager (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name – I believe she was from Russia) who kindly helped us extend our vacation for another three nights because we were enjoying it so much. Also, a big thank you to the event manager and their team – they were extremely professional and 100% talented artists who made every evening so special. The food was delicious, the service excellent, and everything was simply perfect for a wonderful holiday. We left with great memories and we will definitely come back!

My little girl loved the kids’ club activities. It’s open 10am - 6pm for craft and games. The staff their are multi-lingual and delightful and made a big fuss of her on her birthday,

Spent a week here with 2 kids. Kids loved the kids club and my son loved the game centre. He was there morning, afternoon and evening. Food was ok. Lots of sungloungers too which is good!

We've had a lovely relaxing week at Paloma Sensia. Great food, drinks and entertainment. Kids club is great for the wee ones with a range of activities and an excellent mini disco in the evenings.

I am glad we did not listen to the reviews that we read prior to coming to this hotel. The hotel is clean, friendly and has excellent facilities. There is a lot of choice for food, I wouldn’t say it’s 5* food but it is by no means bad, there’s a lot to choose from. The kids club has been fantastic, it offers brilliant activities for the children, the staff are wonderful and they have a lovely play area. It is also shaded and the kids club staff are so enthusiastic. If you’re after a holiday with lots for the children to do - we would highly recommend. We couldn’t fault it! I wouldn’t say it is 5* compared to others we have visited it but only as the decor is a little dated and some things need updating but otherwise, we have been very happy with our stay.
