Hotels near Villa Heights, Equine Park in Seri Kembangan

this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

Have 3 sun inns in the area and this one was a bit lacking. If the hotel prepares the toiletries it will be good. Good thing is the hotel is near a restaurant. Overall a clean budget hotel.

The hotel location are their best advantage due to proximity to many restaurants plus ample parking. Highly recommended for business travellers

Very good place for honeymoon. The vibe, facilities and all related things are 100/100 really love that The breakfast also very delicious, the omelette is superb…will repeat again with my wife later

Excellent service from booking confirmation, fast check in, free parking, welcome drink and during check out. Our room was in superb condition, very fancy but room size was just ok. Breakfast selection was limited but the quality was top tier. Swimming pool was top notch. Sky bar wasnt ready yet. It was a pleasent short trip for us. Thanks for the arrangement for my wife birthday. It was a memorable trip and hope to come back again.

One of the nicest hotels we've both stayed in during our time in Southeast Asia, all the staff are lovely and willing to help whenever it's needed! I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Malaysia! It's a bit far from the city centre but a cheap grab can get you there within half an hour!

Trip.com has given its top-notch service to switch to this hotel at no additional cost as the hotel I booked got no staff to check me in. The staff whether front line or room attendants all are friendly and greet us with a smile. Even the technician listened to our problem and solved it instantly. Location is very convenient except that area is always jam. So advise the travellers to set at least 2 hrs in advance for booking transport to airport because from hotel to airport needs 1 hr 20 mins. That timing excluded any jam in the city area.

my experience on this trip.com.. not the hotel.. yes, hotel doing goods. but the service by trip.com very upset me and my client. i was booked a room with a window ya you correct got NO WINDOWS.luckily the service from this hotel good and show that mistake come from trip.com.. big upset.. i don't know how to react. they did refund me. what my mistake is I don't know the different prices no windows and have windows. if u on my place, please check again your booking with client are they get correct room ??? i attached some picture a lesson for trip.com and me with this service.
